  • Samuel,
Been in Woodstock, close to Lake Allatoona, since Sept. 1, 2004.
Maybe sometimes you and the new bride can come over and go out on Lake Allatoona with Joni and me.
    Congrats on the album...what genre?
Maybe some day when you see a window of time....we'll have some fun with some blues...
until then, stay in touch brother!
    Love and blessings!

I see you are now a resident of Buford, GA. I trust the transition was a smooth one.
It would be great to hook up and play some "blues."
I don't think you are very far from Donnie and Patti Graneiro...do you know them?
Anyways...glad you are on board this site...stay in touch...especially if you want to do some music.
How about boating and fishing...into some of that?

  • Hi Sandy!

Sorry it took so long to reply, but I was out of town and just got back. How are you doing old friend? Looks like things are well with you. Good to hear from you. I've spent a little time with some of the other Called Out gang - had some good time on the phone with Schiano.

I'm kind of pressed for time at the moment, but I wouldn't mind swapping some notes. I'll be out of town again next week, but drop me a line and we'll hook up.

    Dan
  • Aloha, dear Sandy. What a treat to hear from you. I had such a wonderful time reconnecting with Michael, remembering amazing stuff about CO which I haven't thought of in decades, and hearing the inspired and prolific music you cats made. The Liverpool boys hardly had anything on you guys :)
What a once-in-a-lifetime experience and truly one of my favorite parts of that whole Way experience. I remain grateful and delighted at getting to work with you four. Unbelievable dedication and talent. Aloha, Roz check out my little website if you like www.rozcohen.com You making music?
  • you really ARE a southern gentleman, samuel.

but while we're on the subject, what other bands were there?

as for your other comments, there's no doubt that called out was the highlight of my time in residence. the most fun, my best friends--AND we played pretty good, too. did we inpsire anyone? i think we did. i know we inspired ME.

thanks for posting some tunes. i've heard clips on itunes--it's nice to have them here in their entirety (since i'm too cheap to buy them!)

who played the solo on "Don't Feel the Pain?" it's great!

i've put up a few myself. don't think you've heard them before. check them out and let me know what you think.
  • Hi Sandy!
Great to hear from you after all this time!! Looks like you are livin' large and doing well. Good to see also that you have continued with the music. All the best...
  • Hi Sandy:

God bless you, It's great to know you are here, wow, Lena and I have mentioned you numerous times over the years and you have always been in our prayers. I'm glad you kept up with your music all these years. It really was/is a talent that you have blessed many people with. Hey, I was just in Atlanta last month as the safety officer for a group from GA Tech that rappelled off the Viewpoint Building downtown. Very nice city.
  • Sandy,

Ya know, we are not all that far from Eric J. You and I could take a day trip sometime and just show up on his door step - kinda blow his mind.
