Gnosis is translated 29 times as “knowledge.” It’s related word gnostos is translated 15 times, either as “acquaintance, known, notable or which may be known.” Gnostos helps us understand that gnosis is an “in your face” or a “face…"

Heteros is of a different kind, like heterosexual.  Allos is of the same kind, NOT like homosexual.  They have nothing to do with how many are involved.  The lexicon…"

  • Hi Sandy, God Bless You,
Please accept my sincere apology, but I can't remember you. If you do remember me, as it would seem likely to me that you must, as you are inviting me to join your friends list, perhaps you can jog my memory. Meanwhile, thank you for the invitation. God Bless and keep you and yours close to His heart.

Sincerely, Your 11th Corps brother, Terry Worcester
  • Hi, Sandy! I started reading your wall, and haven't said hello to most of the people here in ages! Good to see you here. Rick still rockin' along. Been in Great Falls MT for about 20 years. I never would have thought we'd stay in one place. Looks like you are full swing into music; good thing.
thanks for inviting me to your friends list!
  • Hi Sandy. I seem to get a lot of blasts from the past these days. I went to my first HS reunion after 35 years last fall and now hear from them all the time.

Vicki and I are doing well, have our first grandbaby, Mackenna Grace.

I play coffee houses, wine bars, occasionally our worship band plays bigger gigs and Christian conferences.

As for Michael's question about other 11th bands, basically it was a handful of musicians doing a mix and match. Peter Jay, Rick Tryon, myself did some stuff together and separately. I couldn't tell if there any others.

Rick and Phyllis are in Great Falls,Mt and he plays with a band up there. Don't know about Peter.

Anyway. keep up the good work and the writing. great to hear from you old friend.
  • It is good to see you too...I joined the Sanders gang as you see...funny thing is most everyone that meets me the first time end up calling me Sandy...it cracks me up and keeps you in the fore front of my mind. I never correct them, I just answer to it and if I know them long enough they correct themselves. Something about Patty Sanders, mixed together comes out..."Sandy". It's a good name isn't it? Well, at least it reminds me of a good man. Love the photos.
    Patty
  • Thanks man - I'm getting there with this site - still not quite getting the reply thing - it seems to "jump" away from a message to me that I want to respond to.

Personally, I have never been on a more cumbersome or confusing site. I'll hang in though. There's too many folks that I love (like you) here to ignore it. Please forgive the delays. Ej
  • Hey Sandy, sure I remember. hope your doin well.. Jim
  • you never answered my question, sandooch--what other bands were there in the 11th?
  • Looking forward to hearing the tunes from you and your boys!
  • Hi Sandy,
My sister-in-law, Debbie Licht just turned my on to this web site. It's great to hear from and about old friends. Glad you all are doing well.

  • Hi Sandy! Thanks for writing! I didn't know your name is "Samuel" (Asked or Heard of God) ~ or maybe I knew and forgot? (Can you imagine that?!) I used to think you were so handsome (yes, still do). Do I know your wife? I'm trying to figure out from your photos how many kids you have -- 2 boys? Is that your boat? Looks like you're enjoying life and doing what you do best (music, audio-visual, and enjoying life!). I am happy to know that you stuck with God. He's stuck on you! Sure wish I could say things are "groovy" here in Delaware, but my groove got broken. Still trying to figure how to get a new one on ! How far is Atlanta from Cartersville? I have a friend who lives there, and I think Kris Weeks and Janis Lang are around Atanta, too. Maybe I can visit yu-all some day! lovingly, Rita
