  • Hey John,
God Bless You! What part of the City you guys are visiting? I imagine it will be Manhattan.
We are in The Bronx (uptown). Well, enjoy your trip!

  • Hey John,

It's really great to hear from you and to be a part of your dream or life in such a way as this. We recognize your labor of love to put this site together. Your labor will make us all stronger in believing and fellowship!

Thanks and Gods blessings to You and your Family!

  • John,

I thought you might appreciate this latest compilation. I sent this note to those who are a part of Curtain Calls, but I wasn't sure if you were included in that group. Just ignore it if you've already read it.

In celebration of the Resurrection we have a wide variety of wonderful music. Recently I compiled a list of some of the songs of the season from those mentioned by believers whom I asked to share one of their favorite songs. I published an article on my Examiner.com page and provided brief history of each song along with the lyrics and a sampling of performances by a number of musicians and singers. Some of the songs you may recall from bygone days along The Way, others you may or may not be familiar with, but I trust you will enjoy the selections and feel free to add one of your favorites that is not listed.

In any case, have a blessed Resurrection Sunday, as you recall that “He Lives.”

  • Hi John,
How are you? I was saddened by hearing about Skip's falling asleep. I have so much I could say, but I will say for now, if you want to hear more of Skip on the sax with the love of God in manifestation "Love Letters" instrumental music has some of the best I've been blessed to hear. Check it out and put it on your site if you can.

    With God's love,
    Nate
  • Thank you very much for thinking of me and for setting this all up. Hayward
  • Hey John, Thanks so much! I got it all straightened out. You can't go beyond what you're taught! HA!
  • Hi John, Thank you for posting the picture of Matt Zika. I just found out that his mom is 12thcorps. I need to edit what I wrote and add"and Brenda Thompson Zika 12th Corps". I was trying to do this without bothering you but this is not my long suit HA! I feel bad I didn't know or I would have certainly written it differently. Thank you for helping me if you can. I had my son help me post what I did. I wanted to put his picture up! I am thankful for all you do! Donna
  • Thank you so very much John. I was so blessed to hear Skip play on this site. He truly loved our time in The Way Corps and was very thankful to have had the opportunity to be involved in all The Heartbeat Festivals, Take A Stand Caravan, TAKIT and much more.
The service for Skip today was a beautiful tribute and it ended on this. "And finally as a tribute to Skip's faithfulness to God and His Word, we exhort you to continue in God's Word so that you can boldly speak it. And as one of the great songs Skip was a part of and sang many times...Don't Stop....Don't Stop...Don't Stop Speakin' God's Word!"
