"Gary, you're right.  I had a country band for about 6 years and felt my main job was to keep everyone turning down their amp.  I've never heard anyone tell even the best bands to turn up.  "

  • Hi Ric
Great to hear from you! You were always an island of good cheer and humor. Glad to hear you're overcoming your medical problems. Your memory can't be any worse than mine. I believe I've had brain-damage since I was a teen-ager (maybe). Memory is over-rated anyway. Love your music! Great tunes. Computers are great! I record music as Jethro Tooth for some of my videos see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pW79apqbc0w.
Bless you! Look forward to hearing more about your life.
    Pete
  • Hi Ric,Amen to knowing then what we know now! I have great memories of our in-res. times and lightbearers. You are a great man and it's nice to connect again. I expect we can stay in touch more ,much love in Christ Di

  • Hello Ric. It is good to hear from you. After being on staff at Camp Gunnison I was assiged to Missoula,Montana.
That was fifteen years ago and I have been working as a

Look forward to hearing from you!
  • Ric,
Yah I was part of that big family but I think a Branch would be stretching it a bit...now twig size that would have worked.

I get you on coffee. We can have a glass of tea together.

    Take care!

  • Ric, thank you for your note. It has been a long time!
Jim and I are doing great. The Lord has continually blessed us beyond our belief. After many years of trying to have a baby, God gave us two boys at one time. Madison and James(identical twins) are almost 15. They are tennis players and we travel all over the Southeast. Next, Louisa Lake is 12(looks and acts like me) is involved with most sports and is my fashion director of the house. Then there is our precious Kate. She is 9 and the smartest thing I have ever seen. She has a heart of gold and is just full of surprises. She lives life outside of the 9 dots. She has already shot her first dear when she was 8 and now is taking Chinese lessions. Jim and I work hard and play hard. Jim is running a pulmonary practice here in Savannah and has a Sleep medicine practice which has 6 sleep labs all over our area. I have a durable medical business with 4 locations. Plus I help Jim with his physician recruitment for his Corp. We love to hunt and fish when we are not working. We are hoping to go to South Africa in the Spring to hunt on a Safari. We own about 1000 acres over in SC (right over the GA border) that we hunt everything from deer, turkey, dove and quail. In fact, I have to go. I need to be over there in a few minutes. I loved hearing from you and if and when we play tennis near you, I will let you know.
    Love to you,
    Lake
  • I am not a Baptist Minister or even a member of the church, but the pastor and I have an excellent built over the past ten years and when we started attending a couple of years after closing down our own church (at the Lord'sbidding) in 2006 he has begun to use me in many ways. One is to bring the holy spirit into the lives of the congregation. He says that he has the biblical understanding but I have the anointing to see it through. We tag team on a lot of different things including Tabernacle of David style worship called Open Heavens, which I get to help facilitate once every month. My ordination credentials come out of Liberating Ministries for Christ Intl that Dr Dale Sides (6th Corps) oversees
    Shalom,
    D

By the way, God through Jesus can still turn those fat cells into grey matter with all the right coding et al.

Who is Victoria of which you are the secret? Vwery clever play on words.

    HOwz everything !

  • How religious were we? Told to go out of the nine dots but remain in them. So let the water dribble. When I teach in the Baptist Church, I poke fun at their doctrines and beliefs to get them to think outside of the dictates of the denomination and move on to be led by the spirit of God. Sometimes we need to be woken up out of the slumber of our own belief patterns which cause to remain instead of moving on towards the glory.

Of course that dribbling might just have practicing for old age...

By the way, I was intrigued to see the addition on your About Me. If they took those tumors out, what took its place and filled the void. When I am remnded to pray for you, I am going to envision that space being filled with "new" matter complete with the heavenly downloads and more. Only He can do it through Christ Jesus our Lord. HalleluJAH!
