Ric Cox commented on John Richeson's video
"Gary, you're right.  I had a country band for about 6 years and felt my main job was to keep everyone turning down their amp.  I've never heard anyone tell even the best bands to turn up.  "

Ric Cox replied to John Richeson's discussion Closing The Way Corps Site
"I was raised in Corpus Christi.  It's actually the only city named for the body of Christ.  Texas is a great place.  I've lived all over the U.S. and always knew I would come back here.  There's simply something I like about the wide open spaces.…"

"Matt,
I agree with you.  The bond between some of us was like none other.  Recently, I went to Denver to visit my son with a Corps brother that wanted to visit a believer.  It was quite a road trip.  The believer had a car accident and had no car.…"

I was so hungry when I went in the 10th Corps that nothing else mattered. The bond I had with some of my Corps brothers and sisters at the tem was so much deeper than anything I ever had with my earthly family.  It meant so much to me to be…"

  • Hey, I just now listened to your recordings. Nice!

FWI, I'm still workin' on Stinson's "I Got No One to Drink With Anymore." There's one chord, I just can't find the dang thing...

  • Yeah, having been through the Corps we've all got a lot in common. I'm going to check in here more often.
  • Hi Ric!  Bless you brother!  Wow...you certainly have had your head examined!  ;) haha

Yes the brain is amazing, and connections can grow and change right up to the moment we fall asleep (as in totally asleep!)  I can work with older folks who have Alzheimer's and even in last stages, they can become more aware, sleep better, move better... many things, because of new neural connections made through specific movements. Can only be God - to design a brain so complex but so simple in it's ability to heal and remake itself. Amazing amazing!  You go brother...sounds like you have just kept truckin forward and making it all work! :) Thankful for your stand and big heart!

  • Howdy brother, my wife and I took a stand together teaching the truth about Jesus Christ is not God. We are shaken Blanco up. The pharisees are pissed. Ooooo...ha,ha. I am keeping your syllabus safe till I can get it to you. God loves you and I love you Ric.
