About Me
Danny and I are on our 31st year of marriage. We have two wonderful kids, and one questionable kid. Emily is 36 and has a 3 year old girl and an almost one year old son. Layne and Elijah. Both adopted. Both adorable. Jon is 24 and currently living at home (need I say more?). Danielle, our delight, is 14, an honor student and a cheerleader. We are extremely blessed. They all live here, well Emily lives two houses away. We are "Nan" and "Popeye" to our babies. See Emily Brouillette Tassin's page for more pics of her and kids.
My Interests
Have a Bible study at church (Methodist) and do lots of other interesting stuff.
My family is still my biggest interest.
Employment or Career
Believe it or not, I'm currently working on a book about death. Actually, what the Bible says about death in the light of who causes it and why. So, any comments/thoughts/beliefs are most certainly welcome.
Music I Like
Just about all of it post Elvis.
Books I Like
Always into a book or two or three. Must say suspense , murder, etc. is numero uno; then probably Nora Roberts and political thrillers.
Television I like
Not much.
Movies I like
Let's see: Jaws II is my favorite. I like Julia Roberts' stuff and Legally Blonde and action--Bruce Willis, Denzel, etc.
Sports Teams I like
You've got to be kidding, when you live in Louisiana, especially Baton Rouge, you are a Tigers fan like it or not. It is the only social life you'll have around here, believe me.

What trip. I sent a message to Danny your (coon ass) husband or is it Cajun?
It is so good to hear from you guys and to think we are in a neighboring state.
It is also good to see how well you both are doing and how little Emily is all grown up and married. WOW!
What a time we had as WOW's in good ol Baton Rouge (Red Stick) La. And then the next year was an even bigger challenge for me and I thank God I got through it all.
I still love Justin Wilson jokes and in fact when I go to NY on a visit my family practically forces me to tell those darn jokes over and over again. Maybe 3 maybe two time.
Ask Danny if he has ever heard the story about "Isadore?"
My wife Jane (Kienholz - 9th Corps) and I will be celebrating our 25th Anniversay in May. We were going on a cruise but it really didn't sit right with us. Then suddenly a door opened up two weeks ago to be part of a ten day Tour of the Holy Land with the Pastor
of our church and 75 other people. For whatever reson it just sit right with us and we believe it will be a trip of a lifetime. Both memorable and romantic.
We live in Northwest Arkansas on five acres and since I retired I have been growing and selling organic produce, eggs and beef on the hoof. Quite a different lifestyle for a guy from "Da Bronx."
Yes I did graduate H.S. but not from Evander Childs. I graduated from Christopher Columbus H.S. then went into the Navy for 3 years, 10 months and 11 days.
I believe it was you and Cookie L who ran the first Intermediate Class I took.
God has been good to us thus far and I am expecting an Ephesians 3:20 ride for the next portion of life.
Great to hear from you and God Bless
Right back at you! You both look terrific - so good to see you both and to hear from you!
love from us both,
Mike
Great to hear from you. We have two sons (Brian, whom you would remember as a toddler) and Josh.
Brian is 30 and has a 10-year old son (named Grant) and Josh is 25 and single.
Linda works with autistic kids at a local elementary school and I still work as a computer repair guy.
