Where I live
Cleveland, Ohio
About Me
I live in Cleveland with two pooches and a great big cat who "loves to eat them mouses." Tyler lives about 15 minutes away and is doing remodeling, DJing, and a little bit of ebay entrepreneuring. It's great to have him here, since he lived in Chicago for about 10 years, then Aspen, then Denver. He's been back for almost 3 years now, and I love having him nearby! As soon as I can find some time, I'll try to post photos of him and my four-legged housemates and me.
My Interests
Genealogy, history, antiques, life! (and the Giver of life!!)
Employment or Career
Managing editor of a medical journal
Music I Like
Bob Dylan (love his "Modern Times" CD), James Taylor, Travelling Wilburys, folk, funk, blues--most anything but polkas and rap (although I occasionally like some of the latter)
Books I Like
I love 'em and leave 'em, so it's hard to remember what I've read! Let's see: _84 Charing Cross Road_ is an old favorite, along with _Time and Again_ by Finney (introduced to me by my pal Mary Coons), anything by E.D.E.N. Southworth, a 19th-century novelist. I read very little modern fiction--more inclined to read nonfiction or old fiction.
Television I like
Boston Legal, Antiques Roadshow, Bargain Hunt, If These Walls Could Talk, History's Mysteries (I think that's what it's called ) on PBS, Big Brother, Dancing w/ the Stars, Desperate Housewives, Men in Trees, Gray's Anatomy (Okay, now you all know I watch too much TV!)
Movies I like
Four Weddings and a Funeral, Remember the Titans, anything starring Edward Norton (I think he's an amazing actor)...oh heck...too many to name
Sports Teams I like
Cleveland Indians (game 4 vs. Boston tonight...another bleary-eyed morning at work)
Cleveland Browns

May God Bless You Greatly Today Ma'am!
Where in Cleveland do you live? My family is still there, so I visit once in a while. Nice to hear from you. God bless you today. Nancy (Rager) Friscia
Hey I really wish you would consider coming on our cruise in 2010 we have planned. Hope and I would really enjoy spending some time with you and talking about all kinds of things. You are a nice person (Syrupy sweet I know but it's true.) I think it will be a fun time. Hope you consider it.
There was an opening from the stairway that looked out over her living room. My cousins and I would use that opening as a stage for puppet shows and silliness.
Pockets of our lives like that are always showing up with stuff we've kept, for good reason. As kids we could make a world out of a box and whatever was lying around. Some things never change, hey?
Peace!
Hugs,
Cathy
