I've also heard from Tom but to date only via this site and email. If you recall he lived with us for a time when we were on L.I.
In Alaska Spring is little more than a calendar date. Our temps are warming though, 15-20 at night and high 20s low 30s during the day. Still plenty of snow but also plenty of sunshine. In short, the weather has been awesome, though not warm like San Diego. Believe it or not 80's are a tad uncomfortable for me these days.
Back when the proverbial **** hit the fan we simply kept on keeping on. Haven't missed a beat, not even for a day. Stayed in Queens and continued to minister the Word around the boroughs of NYC from 1983-1995 and then moved to Alaska where I've been doing the same ever since. After all, I didn't sign on to give up or be a part of some denomination or secular organization. Know what I mean?
Incidently, Sue has a page on this site and I'm sure she'd love to hear from you. She doesn't sign on often but comments are fowarded to email which is nice.

Today, here in the Matanuska Susitna Valley prices for food and clothing have become more reasonable but over all things are expensive. Gasoline is still $3.30 per gallon.
But, as always, the Lord doth provide. He has, He is and He will. God is good ALL the time.

Thanks so much for writing! How is your beautiful self? You look blessed and wonderful as I always remember you! It appears that you live a very full life with 4 year old twins - yikes - and grand kids on top of it!!! You're amazing!

These days I just work part time at a middle school and take care of my mom, she is 95 now and is pretty fragile. You may remember her too.
