  • Happy Birthday Kris. Gosh it's fantastic that you are looking for a transition into new challenges. I was an Investment Banker for several years with Kirkpatrick, Pettis, Smith, Polian. When I decided I wanted a different career for myself I went into Human Resources, first in Manufacturing then into Professional. Baseball. After Baseball I decided that I wanted to do the thing that gives me joy. Teaching people how to overcome fears and also the ability to make decisions. I do this with my company Higher Ground. I don't make anywhere near the money I sued to make. Now am a very rich man who just happens to e broke much of the time. God bless you today. I am proud to be your Brother in Christ
  • Happy B'day Kris!!! Love and blessings!

  • Hey Kris, You are looking sharp in your photo. I se you worked in M&A a few years back. I did the same for a few years also, Was more than I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I did a career transition also but went way off the other end into being a professional Rock Climber in Michigan. If I can do that where there are no rocks to climb then there is proof in the senses that with God anything is possible. anything is Please give my best to Catherine. All my best for your next transition
  • Hi Chris,
It's great to hear from you. Your family looks wonderful. We are going to see Victoria at her school tomorrow. I plan to get some pictures of everyone on a CD and attempt to add them to my page.

  • Kris:

You & Catherine haven't met Renee yet, which is unfortunate, but she is very active in the lake and the ocean. Guess who gets dragged along? I mean, seriously.

When we go to Lake Lanier, I put on my life jacket, she doesn't, and she drags me around the lake. Thus, "the big fat Sandy whale." We take our Shih Tsu, as well, clad in his life jacket. He gets dragged around the lake too.

Renee has a jet-ski and 2 kayaks. We love to go to an island and pick nick for the day. BUT not on a holiday. Week days are the best.

So, NO, I haven't become aquatic from within. It is totally an outside job.
  • Hey there, brother,

GREAT to hear from you--a real privyledge. And I really like your necktie! Christine gave me a Jerry Garcia tie some yrs back--it's not tie-dyed.

So glad you are still kickin', and pls give a hug to your dear wife for me. I can talk better than type, and faster, so if you'd like to catch up, I'm at 317-849-5707, same time zone.

John Schoenheit's son, Sam, was shot (in the head) in Afghanistan today. He's been in surgery all afternoon, and is being flown to Germany for better care. They say he is stable. Please keep him in your prayers. Thanks.
    I love you.
