About Me

Kristy and I are still married and we have 2 children and 2 dogs. Emily will be 21 in Feb. She joined the US Army reserves last Nov. and left for Boot Camp in Jan. She met the love of her life in training in Arizona and they eloped in Oct. about three weeks before Kyle deployed to Iraq. I'd appreciate Ya'll keeping him in your prayers. Our son, Timothy is 17 and a junior in high School. He loves soccer and tennis.

My Interests

Teaching the bible at our home fellowship and working on our 100 year old New Orleans raised cottage. The main living floor is the 2nd floor of this raised cottage. What we call the basement is an unfinished street level concrete slab. Like an unfinished basement for you folks up north. We had three feet of water in there for about 10 days after Katrina. But our Father abundantly blessed us and we were back in our home by Dec. after the storm.

Employment or Career

I have worked in a medical field since we moved to new orleans in 1983. Just recently I've started my own business. I'm a software agent for United First Financial. They have developed a program that allows a homeowner to pay off a 30 yr. mortgage and be totally debt free in 1/2 to 1/3 the time. This requires no refinancing and now change of lifestyle. On our Mississippi home, the program is saving me $177,000 in interest and I'll have it paid off, free and clear in 11.4 years. I'd love to help any of you with a mortgage. See my web site below.

Hi Paul!

A friend of mine's daughter is moving to New Orleans to go to grad school. She just graduated and has her BS in Psychology from Bell Haven in MS and will be moving to New Orleans this summer. She is looking to find a job and would love to work at the hospital if possible so she can learn from the social workers there. Her name is Rachael Myers - she is a sweetheart and I told her that I'd put her in touch with you guys. She is a Christian, but don't know much more about her than that. Hi Paul,
I saw your name and it transported me back to that train going to Emporia in 1980 and what a nice man you are.It made me smile. I am glad your house survived the hurricane.
Every year we are about to be hit by one hurricane or another but almost always they hit the outer banks of N C and by pass us. We have had two bad ones in the 17 years we have been here. I still love to live by the ocean no matter what.
I live in a military area and a lot of my students' parents are either away on ships or in Irak and the kids are really great. They are strong and purposeful.
I will keep your son in law in my prayers.

just realized i didn't answer your question about music. yes, i'm still playing--moved back to NY in '87, and by early '88, i was back playing with two of my oldest friends from my high school band. been together, along with a steady stream of other players, ever since.

i also did a lot of writing and recording for a while--a few things are posted here on my page, a few more on the myspace pages linked to my page here. check them out.
