Big birthday wishes to you Susan. Believing you has a very blessed and super day!
BTW, I love your songs on your page.
God bless you very, very much on your birthday - that's today (yeah) - and on all the other days of your life. You're terrific!
You pressed upon me that I should have goals past graduating from the corps.
You have a really cool page :-)
Bless you! No, we're still looking for a place, for probably 30-ish people. If you have an idea, just email me at jalces@aol.com
Hope to see you.
LOTS of LOVE!
John
Thank you for your kind remarks regarding the poem I posted. I went to your page to respond, but I was swept away into a glorious time of worship. How refreshing to encounter your page. I had just begun my day, and the music of Sara Groves provided an extended time of worship. God is so gracious in providing unexpected blessings which I refer to as “the lagniappes of life.” Thank you for your comments and thank you for music which ministered to me in a profound way.
I noticed your maiden name and the place of your residence, and I thought she must be related Frank and Mark Pavlica. Are they brothers of yours? I don’t know that we’ve met, although the relationship with your brothers goes back to my first assignment upon graduating from The Way Corps back in 1973 when Brenda and I coordinated The Way of Washington, DC, which included Maryland, Virginia (Northern), Delaware and DC and a group from Pennsylvania. How providential that I should hear from you at this time when I have been reflecting upon those early years of ministry, in light of celebrating my 35th anniversary of ordination and the 36th anniversary of our marriage. Take a look at my blog “On My Journey”—Celebrate with Me.
Bless you, Susan, may God’s grace and peace continue to abound to you and your family. I have truly been blessed and refreshed by this little chat at your kitchen table where the fellowship is rich and sustaining.
In Him,
Lonnell Johnson
