You're right it HAS TO GO!!!!! It isn't HIS cancer, it's from the devil and he can have it back. If you will send me your address I am going to mail something to you that turned our lives around.
Tim & I remember you fondly from the old days (we're not old, just those days are!). Hope you are well...would love to see some photos. We live in Boise, ID and our 2 kids are in Denver. Tim is in a duo with Rosann Holdren; they…"
"Let me be the 2nd to welcome you, my friend. I'm sure you'll reconnect with some folks and enjoy the site. Hope to talk again soon. By the way, your photo is really nice...what a lovely lady you are.
I just wrote you a long email, looked it over when I finished. Then I wrote the short one below. When I looked for the first one, it was gone! I'm bummed, and have no more time to write now. Guess I'll redo it later.
"Wow, I just read the poem. How beautiful, thought provoking...you have such ability. I had no idea about all the education you've had, as well as experience. It inspires me to pursue writing in some fashion.
Thanks for writing! So good to hear from you. I see you won a poetry award...I haven't clicked on it yet. I hope I'll get to read the poem! I started writing a bit last summer; have no idea if I'm good, but I love…"
Since your comments are ending up on my page, I figure it's my turn to respond. Do you know that for a couple of years I've been wanting to get in touch with you and Robin again? You two and the Carrolls have been on my heart to hook up…"
"Of course you are still my friend. Years and miles haven't separated you from my heart. Tim loves you too! Do you still have that contagious laugh? My phone number is 208-407-1980. My email address is kathstiles@gmail.com.
"DANA!!! I've been looking for you for years. How are you, my friend? You look wonderful. Tim & I have been living in Idaho since 2002. Both of our kids are in Denver; our daughter is getting married in May.
We sure enjoyed you guys at Gunnison also. Our first assignment after we graduated from the 6th Corps was in New Jersey so many years ago. You kids are beautiful. Both Jesse and Lacey are living in…"
If I am not mistaken , you were the first person in the Way that I heard teach the Word at Sue Carden's home in Washingtonville, N.Y. seems like an eternity ago. Glad to see you. I have often wondered what became of David Schlosser.Do you…"
I spotted your sweet profile picture and had to say hello. I haven't checked in for awhile. Give my greetings to Tim. Hope all is well. We had another big snow storm here today and I've been holed up with my phone and computer. I'm selling individual health insurance plans--go figure. And writing of course. Always have good memories of you two, and hope we see each other again before too much tmie goes by.
Thanks for the note. Do you ever get any complaints about the soup being too cold? LOL. I have really gotten into smoke cooking over the past few years. On my page I have a picture of the smoker I built. Robin and I do a "very" small BBQ business on the side. We named it "Out of the Pit BBQ". Last summer we went to two fairs and sold pulled pork, smoked Italian sausage with peppers and onions, and smoked brisket sandwiches. We also have a kick-a$$ BBQ sauce that is nearing perfection.
We still enjoy listening to your C.D. We miss hearing from you. I get to talk to your brother Matt every now and then and we ask about you and your family. Oh, congrats on your daughter's up-coming wedding. Hope to hear from you soon!
Kathy, you have no idea how long I've been looking for you and how much you have always meant to me. You are still beautiful and I'm so happy that you and Tim are still married. So many years and where do we begin? I was feeling very nostalgic today, with you in my mind and a few others, so I googled "6th Way Corp" and found this site and now finding you made it all worth it. Congratulations on your daughter getting married and I'm sure you've been busy with all the preparations. Are both of your daughters living in Colorado?----I didn't even read your bio because I was so excited to see your name. I have been married for 21 years to a wonderful man and I have two daughters as well-- ages 20 and 24. We are living in a suburb in northern VA 20 minutes west of DC. We have lived here since 1984.
I hope that we can stay in touch now that we have reconnected and would love to talk to you on the phone. If you would like to send me an email with your phone number I'll call you. After all these years you really are my friend and I have missed you. Please give Tim my love.
YAAAAAAAY! I am so glad you found me on here as I was not sure how to find you!!! I have missed you . . . just the other day I was telling Karen LaRosa how we made that "Better than Sex" cake for the New Life class my mother-in-law taught at Gunnison! What FUN we had. I will never, ever forget the laughs we had in the kitchen. E-mail me your phone # (to jgr27284@yahoo.com). Love you, love you!!! Jan
Kathy,
Thanx for your kind words. They are being relayed on to a very special woman in my life who will appreciate them. You were acting on inspiration. :-)
God bless and Thanx again.

Hi Tim,
I really loved those days in Washingtonville. Looking back it seemed so pure and innocent. Too bad it was so misguided. I don't know what happened to Schlosser. But I do know that many of the people I looked up to in those days seem very shallow from this perspective.
Hi Tim,
Jim is living in Smithtown, NY with his wife Patty. I haven't seen him in a while. He is still playing guitar and writing music.
He and Patty are fellowshipping with Gary Gudlin's ministry.
I just left a message for Jimmy to call me because I wanted to let him know that you asked about him.
I'll let him know that I was in touch with you and Kathy. I'm sure he will be glad to know how you guys are doing.
God Bless,
TC
Hi Tim,
Yes, we know each other... you were in the 6th Corps with my brother Jim and I was in NJ for one of the years Living Waters was in NJ. I was there in 1979.
I do not know Marilyn Hand , I moved to RI in 1989. Prior to that I was in CA for 6 years.
I trust all is well with you and Kathy..
God Bless,
Tom C.
Hey Kathy and Tim!
By the time I get to this in the evenings I am only 1/2 here. This is the second week of school and it has been intense.
Anyway---how are you guys doing? I see that you are still in Idaho. We are in Arizona. Have been here for about 6 years. Were in Oregon for about 8 years. We are all doing great. Timothy is 18 and starting ASU on Monday. He will live home and commute. Daniel is 14 and a freshman in high school as well as a devout Lacrosse player. Maria is 13 and a little socialite. She is in 8th grade. She loves to dance---ballet and hip hop. Mike is old and orney (ha). I don't have birthdays any more.
Arizona has been good. Mike has a good job. Still doing autobody but works in a shop that treats their employees like humans. He even gets paid vacations. Has been at the same shop for 5 years which is quite a record. I am teaching in Mesa.
The summers are hot but the rest of the year is great. We have a big pool in the back yard to help make it through the summer.
Life is good. Arizona was a good move for us but we do miss Oregon.
What have you all been up to? If you ever get tired of the cold and snow in the winter come on down. It does get cold here but not as cold as Boise. This is the land of the "Snow Birds."
Will stay in touch!
