About Me
I started this site in 2006 for fun and reconnection purposes ONLY. I gave up this site several years ago. Currently, I do not support of condone this site any longer and have nothing to do with its content, most of which I disagree with. Therefore, will rarely come here and have asked the moderators to delete me from their "all-mailing" lists.
My Interests
I am a self taught computer geek. I also enjoy real estate and stocks.
Employment or Career
I have been living in Tampa, FL since 1979. Like many of us back then, I started a window cleaning company to support myself. Over the years it grew into a company with over 60 employees and managers. I sold in 2006 to a large company and stayed on as Vice President for a while. In lieu of retirement I started another company called JR Services. I married Hope Harmon a 6th Corps alumnus, whom I love "with all my heart". We have two children.
Sports Teams I like
Tampa Bay Bucs Tampa Bay Lightening

Thanks, John.
I've noticed over time that the site is visited by a select few. I usually get messages at birthday time and someone usually challenges me. I guess they thing I don't remember what was drilled into my head over the 9 years I was involved. I did graduate from the Corps. I did go to Israel with the ministry. I did move around the country to teach and witness, just like everyone else. It's just that I've chosen to live the life I have now. Does anyone really want know how many gay people I met in the ministry back then?
We desperately need to make a trip to Tampa to visit my partner's family, but since I've become primary caregiver for my parents it's hard for me to get away. Pedro may go there soon on his own for a very short visit.
Thanks for keeping the site peaceful. My friends know me as being genuine and honest. I cannot be otherwise on this site, and I'm not going to lie about myself to appease others. I gave the Corps my all, but that time is gone now. I am a different person by choice and I love what I chosen. My life is amazing.
Take care! Thanks once again for the birthday wishes.

John,
Just noticed that the right-hand side of the main page leaves the "S" off of 10th Corps. If Corps # 6 is ever listed, should you list it as "The Sick Corps"? That's what the man always said!
God bless,
Jerry

Hi John,
Yes, the music is my favourite thing about this NING site - wish we could do the same kind of thing on Facebook!! :-)
Boys are well and growing tall. It's a bit wintry here in Brisbane at the moment - means I can look forward to summer and I think the shortest day of the year will soon be past! :-)
Okay, I sure will!
Oh thanks John, get to my age you hope for less publicity on your birthday ha ha!
Happy birthday John. The very best to you this wonderful day. Thanks for being a great friend and looking forward to many more years of fun together. DB
