About Me
I started this site in 2006 for fun and reconnection purposes ONLY. I gave up this site several years ago. Currently, I do not support of condone this site any longer and have nothing to do with its content, most of which I disagree with. Therefore, will rarely come here and have asked the moderators to delete me from their "all-mailing" lists.
My Interests
I am a self taught computer geek. I also enjoy real estate and stocks.
Employment or Career
I have been living in Tampa, FL since 1979. Like many of us back then, I started a window cleaning company to support myself. Over the years it grew into a company with over 60 employees and managers. I sold in 2006 to a large company and stayed on as Vice President for a while. In lieu of retirement I started another company called JR Services. I married Hope Harmon a 6th Corps alumnus, whom I love "with all my heart". We have two children.
Sports Teams I like
Tampa Bay Bucs Tampa Bay Lightening

I am on Skype now. Just sent a text message via Skype. It's about 10.53pm your time, I think!

Your page music would have to be #2, 4, 6 and 10.
If I knew how to start a blog on this I would.
Thanks for sharing the Wintley Phipps rendition of Amazing Grace. I have seen that video numerous times, and it always moves me to tears, as it just did when I viewed moments ago. That was very thoughtful of you, and I appreciate your kindness.
God bless,
Lonnell
And, thanks for putting this website together...love it!
Love and blessings.
Could you refresh me on what this little gift system is and how it works, or point me to where it is explained? I have been very sporadic on my visits here. No biggee.
By the way, I did not have any creepy nightmares last night. I forgot to tell you that although those folks on the video were so robotic, Jane and I had a good laugh about the thing. We also remembered some other incidents we experienced while we were involved in the Way that gave us a smile and a good laugh.
As I 've said before, I have no regrets or problems with our time in the Way. I believe it was where I was supposed to be for that period of my life. Really, the scope of our experience gained from some of the challenges we were presented with, was truly invaluable on a practical life standpoint.
Imagine for a moment making a committment to go WOW or in the Ways Corps again now? Its hard to believe folks voluntarily disrupted their lives to do those things. In some cases entire families uprooted their lives and went WOW or Corps. Jane is just now begining to complete her college education after leaving school to go WOW all those years ago. She has a little over a year to finish up, and the school surprisingly accepted some of the courses from in the Way Corps for credit towards her degree..
As far as I am concerened, after all is said and done, the promise of Romans 8;27-31 has empowerd us to remain thankful for all He has brought us through during our lives, which includes all the good, all the bad, and all the ugly.
