About Me
What a great site this is! Hmm, where to begin? Well, I am still a devout Christian, but not involved with any church or group, but still continuing to learn and love Christ and follow him.
As some of you know, I left staff in '84. I then headed out to NYC with Jackie Clark and had 10 fabulous years in NYC where I played rock and metal with various bands, had awesome experiences and I think caught up on my "youth" that was spent in TWI. It was a blast.
As I got "older" I returned to the midwest. I have family there and kind of "settled" down. I have continued to play in rock and blues bands until recently. I'm tired. I don't want to stay up until 2 am in a club, pack up, get home by 3 or 4 - been there done that.
But, along the way, I have collected guitars - my passion since childhood and have a nice "collection" now, I'll put some pics up later. I still jam with friends at my house and have a great time. God has blessed me and my family and I am thankful for that.
My Interests
Music, guitars, books - is it interesting? Than I'm interested.
Employment or Career
Executive Legal Assistant - i.e., legal secretary. But hey, for those of us who gave up our college educations for TWI and the Corps, its been great - it supplied a car, house, money for hobbies, etc. I have no complaints!
Music I Like
Everything from my dad's old big band to Metallica. Van Halen (the boy guitar genius), Hendrix, Clapton, DiMeola, etc.
Books I Like
Ann Rice Vampire series - she tells a mean story, history books, "classic" literature.
Television I like
Give me Law and Order, the Criminal Intent and Special Victims Unit ones. Also, Miami Vice, and the Office - that one's a riot.
Movies I like
The last one I saw was "The Brave One" - the new one with Jodie Foster. Its actually quite good. I like more drama rather than the "action" blow 'em up ones.
Sports Teams I like
Yankees, Mets, Blue Jackets.

Had the whole family in for Christmas and it was truly wonderful: the pattering of little children and dog feet all through the house. Sure do miss all those hugs and kisses. Will just have to put it in the road and make some visits, won't we?
Come see us on your hog, Gale!
you a draft of my exit project for the Doctor of Ministry
program I'm in. I'd like to hear your comments. Thanks
and God bless, Pierce
