Married
Maiden Name
You probably wouldn't recognize Bryce's maiden name--or Marilyn's.
About Me
Married 37 years. 3 kids, Bobby (26) is a cosmonaut, Jimmy (23) is a gangster and Emma (17) is a clown. We left TWI and stumbled around. Still stumbling. We specialize in not joining anything. We started our own group and can't even join that. It's called, "Join-Not" or "Join't" for short. Bryce is the godfather and Marilyn is the fairy godmother. If we actually met, we would specialize in high tea. We would have tea shirts, drive a tea bird and Marilyn would carry a designer tea bag.
My Interests
Finding other uses for string other than chairs (like tea bags, cheese and kites). Avoiding anything organized and/or requiring a meeting. Never setting up chairs for a non-meeting in crooked circles instead of perfect rows. Shredding nametags. Running alone.
Employment or Career
Bryce--godfather and attorney
Marilyn--nothing--absolutely nothing except fairy godmother stuff
Music I Like
Singing in the shower along with Andrea Bocelli.

Marilyn,
It is truly amazing the effect that we can have and have had on people's lives. You shared with me things that I use in my everyday life and ministry. Here's one: "You should still stand on God's word even if Dr. Wierwille doesn't stand." Here's another regarding this girl I was about to let move in with me. "Have you invited her to fellowship?" Here's another: "The only reason we are still on this earth is to witness to others." I will never forget the time you were praying and you thanked God for His "Merce and Gracey" (instead of Grace and Mercy) and you fell out of your chair laughing. I was soooo shocked, because I was soooo religious at that time. Your boldness with God's Word and love for God's people (me and those of us in your and Bryce's fellowship) has been a constant reminder through all of these 35 years. You will be rewarded throughout all eternity for what you did for me. I have been and will continue to be grateful all of my life for the help you gave me. The life you saved that evening in that Swenson's Ice Cream parlor in Palo alto - was mine! Thank you!
Garland
p.s. I also thought you were really "hot" and I was sorry to find out that you were married to the guy (Bryce) who drove the motorcycle you were riding on the back of.
p.s.s. On the other motorcycle riding in behind you and Bryce were Richard Zolezzi and Cathy...
p.s.s.s. I still think you are "hot", but now that I have been happily married for 26 years to Evelyn it doesn't matter.
p.s.s.s.s. I've told the story about how we met and you led me to my hearts desire to learn God's Word and operate manifestations at least 1000 times over these 35 years. Please don't forget the powerful impact of your life then and now...one solitary life...
I will always be thankful for the day you came up to me in a Swenson's Ice Cream parlor in Palo Alto, CA. Because of that day, many people are alive today. OK, I guess some wish they were dead, but what can I do about that?
I love you,
Garland
I was in the Corps with You guys, but my fondest memory if In-residence is that I never once had to do set-up, never had to string a chair. I always thought that was going over board. today we would have to use lasers. Many buildings would have to be retrofitted so the chairs would line up. I forgot my name since I don't have a name tag, but I think its Mike Prahm. Still married to the lovely Rita Noriega, 8th. We have three children; Brian,25 married in N. Ireland with a daughter, Gracie, our little grandchild, Alana,23 lives in D.C. and works for an international public relations firm, which sounds so much better, than she works for her uncle, and laura, 19 a nursing student. We live in Wichita, kansas. We too have a dog, Barley, a golden retriever, who just wants to be loved. He is the exception to the old blonde joke; "What do you call a smart blodnde? A golden retriever"
Always thankful for your assistance on my research paper. And though time has passed, my hairs are gray, most body parts are still intact, it is one of the many things I enjoyed about my time at Emporia, thanks,
Mike Prahm
