We Remember.....a slideshow by John R. from John R on Vimeo.
In my experience, many of our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep were never given the honor and recognition they deserved. For reasons I won't go into here, I did not allow my grieving process to happen for some of my departed friends. This is my attempt at bringing such honor to our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep. Here are some of them whose pictures I have. May they be recognized and respected for the good they have done. This was difficult to make and and I shed many tears thinking of some of these wonderful people. I am aware it is sad and am sorry that it may affect you so. But I feel better knowing they have been given a chance to be acknowledged. I am sure their families would agree. This is a work in progress as I get more pictures. Send some if you have them. You need to be a member of Way Corps Site to add comments!

My heart swells with joy and grief watching this video. I was so blessed to have known many of these people that blazed a trail as examples of faithful Corps believers. It was a joy to talk with many of them and watch them as they gave insight and humor about life and how to walk with God.
It grieves me that they are not here to grow old with the rest of us. God sure knew what he was doing with the way he arranged things. The return will be a great moment in time to see all of us together again.
Thank you!
Dave was 82
Still awesome. Thank you!
Thank you John for honoring our wonderful brothers and sisters in Christ. It was beautiful. They're all taking a well-deserved nap and forever remain God's wonderful sons and daughters in whom He is well pleased. I cried as well and it brought back many wonderful memories. Here's to the Return of Christ, huh? Let's tip our glasses to the LJC and Abba Father as this is only temporal. We will see each other again glory be to God.
I remember so many of these wonderful Saints - especially Ken Barden - he was my first branch leader in New York City... I have missed him for so long - thanks for posting this - a real comfort! <3
Andy Keller has many pictures and I will ask him to do so...
Friends I have not had time to revise this video and perhaps add more names and faces. It is on my ever growing list of things to do. I hope to do so in the next few months. I will replace the current video with a revised one. Sadly, I can't add everyone or it will be too long.
However, I will maintain this list with all of our loved ones to the best of my ability. On that list you will find Felix Schmidt and Phyllis (Warren) Murdock and Teresa Anderson.
Lonnell, please send those pictures to john@richeson.org. Laine, please send me any photos of Felix as well if you have any. My wife was in the 6th Corps with him. Thank you.
Please add Felix Schmidt to the list. He was in the sixth corps...thanks much
John,
I have couple of pictures of my late sister-in-law, Phyllis (Warren) Murdock, who was in the 10th Corps. There is also a picture of Phyllis and others taken at the Indiana Campus. Included in the picture is also Teresa Anderson, another deceased Way Corps grad.
How do you want me to send them to you.
God bless
