  • Dear Sue:
What joy it was for me to be able to contact you after so many years. I have thought about you so very much, and I'm very thankful for the many things you have done for us in the Past.
I am now an Ordained Cleric in the Catholic Church. We have Ordained married Deacons now..which allows me to preach, baptize, bless, Preside at Weddings, Funerals and Liturgy of the Hours.
Both our sons have Autism, you might remember they have some problems we knew nothing about then.
We are living in Buffalo, NY now since 2000.
I would love to talk with you and if you could visit sometime, It would be awesome.
You are a real gem in Christ's Crown.
    We love and Appreciation,

  • hi, sue. what am i thinking about? that's a good question. things are kinda crazy for me at the moment, so i don't have time for the kind of response your question deserves. but in the meantime, this is the very first thing that came to mind: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6077326441742307086
  • hi Sue!
Tricia updated me on what you've been up to. You blessed her so much when she was here last year. Glad to hear you are shaking up the Methodists with manifestations.
    Drop me a line sometime!
    Love ya--

  • Hi again, Sue. The AAR meetings (where I'll present my paper) are at Denver Seminary the last weekend in March. My session is at about 10:00 in the morning on Saturday the 29th (room 102, session: Tradition and Theology). I'll be in touch by phone. Hope to connect with you one way or another.
  • Hi Sue,
I don't know if you remember me from Colorado. I was a believer there and went to Gib and Chris McCain's fellowship & somehow or another, I was invited to a wedding of a really nice believer couple, up to a beautiful cabin in the mountains of yours, (on a beaver pond) and I know you were there, and I will never forget that weekend. We stayed at a cow camp! I know you and Lynn were really good friends, its all a blur now, but I remember you were a very very special person and by the sounds of it, you still are serving the Lord which is wonderful and I am also in my own way, by bringing people to my church and being an ambassador for Christ, not ashamed of the gospel.
In Christ & all the best to you!

  • Hey Sue, Haven't seen you since a gazillion years ago here in Richmond. Have thought of you through the years, and am glad you're doing so well. Would love to catch up. Drop me a line when you can, mm
  • Hello Sue,
I don't think you know me, but I read what you said about being a Methodist minister. Do you know about the "Walk to Emmaus", which is connected with (but not limited to) the Methodist Church? You may know about this, but if not I'd highly recommend you check it out because I believe it would bless many ex-Way folks. I went on a "Walk" in the spring of 2003, and have remained connected with the Christians I met there ever since. It's quite something! Here's the website: http://www.upperroom.org/emmaus God bless you!

  • Sue -- I have a whole "silly" song collection, so many of which are courtesy of you. I still like to sing "My sweetheart's a mule in the mine, I drive her without any line. On the buckboard I sit, I chew and I spit, all over my sweetheart's behind." I hope that got a chuckle out of you and some fond memories. I always loved your lack of religiousness and am thankful you helped impart that to me. I am impressed with your theological school background and your Methodist ministry. My husband and I have been enjoying church hopping lately. There are certainly vast and varied ways that God works. Of one thing I am certain -- God is not introverted. He loves to be out with His people. Take care and you will be in my prayers.
  • Dear Sue,
You may not remember me, I was in AV from the 10th corps then the 11th corps.

I wanted to let you know that I "digitized" your Timothy recording from the LP. There are a few snap crackle and pops, but most of it is cleaned up.

If you would like, I would be blessed to send you a copy.
I listened to it again last night on a road trip and was very blessed by the songs.
For anyone that appreciates a folk style with beautiful harmonies it is a great blessing to hear.
  • Sue,so god to see your name in this Way Out Yearbook,at least that is what I call it.I'm so glad John and Hope have done all the work and I just get to enjoy it,kind of like Jesus Christ. Your journey has been an adventure and can't say mine is as colorful, but needless to say God is ever present and so good to us.Would love to hear from you. Becky
