Hello to all, Laurie and I are currently living in the not so sunny north .We have our own business, remodeling homes,offices, and chicken coops, Jason our #1 son is in business w/ us and also here with us as we travel along lifes highway , as Pat the Handyman and Wife Laurie do the best they can in the Land of the Rusty but Trusty BUICK ! News about Pat ,Laurie and Jason ... Where to start ...? Traded our former credentials honors and accolades in for a Starbucks Coupon worth $ 1.75 and we can carry pistols there now as well ... HOT Coffee and Hot Lead . It has been a fast , few years here ... We made and lost a fortune .. Made and kept a lot of friends .... moved a few times ... Jason is in College part Time, Pat is President of a local small business assoc.. a former radio show host , and locally known for his over the top support of our USA .. In the 70's while in the Military and I was intro'd to Christ I spent several years of that as a Big Kahuna in military outreach ...It was exciting I was in the miltary and in a foriegn country ....and speaking God's Word ... Ilearned that freedom has NO enemy , as man will no matter what crave it, and God always makes a way to get it .... My other inerests are The victorious Life Church here in Ypsi and Christian Family Fellowship ...www.cffm.org and finally ..... If someone was to ask you , what do you stand for or what do you believe in maybe , what would you fight for ...what would you answer ......? What is most important to you ? What principle do you abide by 1st and foremost ? What do you stand up for ? What do you consider important enough to share with others ? What do you teach your kids ? What would you fight for ? What do people see when they look at you ? What do your bring to the table ? What will you pass on to the next generation ? The 65 foot fall was actually two falls totalling 65 feet. A 25 foot fall from the ladder to the slate roof, followed all too immediately by the corresponding 40 foot fall from the roof to the concrete sidewalk, skillfully (luckiernsh*t) avioding the wrought iron railings on either side.

As far as I know, Brad and Sally live in North Carolina as well, and are still w/TWI.

Not news to you, I guess, but I heard Hank Platt passed some years ago. Absolutely loved that guy so much.

I'm intrigued by your activity pertaining to military veterans. Do tell. I get my medical care via V.A. hospital in Asheville.

Did I understand you correctly that you sport Appalachian State attire. How many bodyguards do you have, anyway?

Say I have been to the movies some lately.The jazz singer I was refering about was a remake Neil Diamond did.My favorite scene was Diamond singing Love On The Rocks.

Yes, people were leaving left and right and by the light of the moon. Butch is back washing windows and I manage a Family Practice in Perrysburg Ohio. The girls of course are women with families of their own. Steffanie is married to Kevin Paul Sawmiller who had two girls from a previous relationship. Kelly is 12 and Kristi is 9. Heather is married to Kevin Paul Moser and has a son Christopher 9 and a daughter Madison 7. So our family is full with 4 grandchildren. Holiday plans are underway and everyone is excited.
I miss the fellowship with all the wonderful people we had the opportunity to meet and spend time with. Great times with some wonderful people to remember. I still stay in touch with a few Bob and Rose LaBerge are in NC. Of course Dan and Katie Connelly are here in Toledo area. My brother Dennis Hickman is in this area as well. We surround ourselves with the love of God and our family.

Pat, I lived in Syracuse and Buffalo. I don't remember anything sunny about it. Lots of digging. and it started about this time of year. I'm very thankful for your military service. About the mortgage thing. It's a whole new way to hve your own money working for you, instead of for the bank. I'd love to do a free analysis for you.
