About Me
Have been married for 6 years. Frank and I met at church -- He was 34, I was 47. I tell people to never give up. I wasn't sure I'd get married (even though I wanted to) but Frank and I were best friends instantly. It took about a year and a half for God to prepare us to marry each other. Neither of us were married before and neither had kids. I had a young lady, Katie, who lived on and off with me since she was 12. Her mom died of cancer and whenever her father wasn't stable, she lived with me. When Frank and I married she lived with us. She describes us as the people who practically raised her. She is 22 now and graduating college. One never knows the road God will lead us on but when it's there, it's obvious and is a blessing to travel.
My Interests
My husband, Katie, My pets (2 dogs & a cat), helping out where I can at the local Christian music station or the Central Florida Dream Center
Employment or Career
Self-Employed -- Work with two chefs doing office consulting work and for my husband, who is a trim carpenter
Music I Like

Biographies, Mystery Novels
Television I like
Heroes, Pushing Daisies, Iron Chef America

reset your password. Once you are in the site go to your settings and change your password to something else, even the same one you have been trying to use. See if that helps. NING is not without faults.
I bought and reufrbished a home (built close to 1900) in Old Northeast St, Pete (where many homes were classified as historical). It was on 11th Ave North...only 6 blocks north of your dad's home. I was traveling on business a few months ago and did a driveby...it was still beautiful.
It was a great area....some tought times, but more great times! especially in outreach. Also loved running and biking all over St. Pete, the beaches, the Pier, etc.
I'm sure he loves it there. I've live a lot of places since I sold that house and right now am loving Woodstock, GA.
I'll thankful that you are doing well and are wonderfully blessed!

I loved your comment about having been delivered from religion more than once - I can certainly relate to that, as can John. With each deliverance there has been greater liberation and joy for life than I could have imagined. But it is definitely a process. BTW - John says hi back! He's doing great - aging well. :)
I just got home last night from Costa Rica (was there when I wrote you) and have hit the ground running with work (62 orders came in while I was gone Yikes - what am I doing on the computer?!!). I did make the necklace in the picture - I'm trying to switch over to doing just jewelry but the prayer beads are in such great demand and the orders just keep rolling in. Soon I will have a jewelry site up and that will help.
Our one and only trip to Disney World was scheduled for Sept of 2001, right after 9/11 so it was canceled. We had a German exchange student living with us at the time and her mom was really worried about her flying so instead we took her skiing in Taos which was wonderful. But we never made it to DW and now the kids are grown.
I added you as a friend in case we want to stay in touch through private email - either way is fine, but this message has also turned into a book!
Last night John and I were talking about Dawn Willis and Janice Bowman - have you heard anything of there whereabouts?
Again, so good to hear from you, Pat. I think this site is so great because some genuine friendships were interrupted so many years ago.
Lots of love - let's stay in touch!

You are one of the first people that Ann and I were looking for. So glad that you are happy in life. I am working on photos as my internet (my computer only) is down which has the photos to download. You'll have to make your way here, or I'll just have to make my way to Disney World! Vince and I were there a couple of years ago right before the big hurricanes. Take care and talk to you soon.
Thank you for writing to me. Great to hear from you. Sounds like you found a good man to share your life with. You're right about our kids. Liz has been the greatest mom, and they have been the joy of our hearts since day one. We live a simple and boring life. Just what I wanted! Love to you and yours.
