About Me

Still in love with God -- have 2 daughters, Joanna, almost 23, who graduated from Wilmington University in May 2008 and is now working in her field, Behavioral Science. Danielle, almost 21, just finished her junior year at the University of Delaware. She is a history major. Steve and I were married for almost 26 years and divorced in July 2002. I really miss our in-tact family. I work a lot of hours during the week (for a dentist) and try never to spend a weekend without friends, my daughters and church. I am very thankful and so excited to be with my Corps brothers and sisters on this site. No regrets!

My Interests

Reading, writing, gardening, dancing , talking, socializing -- traveling. I like being "in tune" spiritually, physically, and, hopefully, mentally! I love being home and I love being outdoors! The beach, the City (food, entertainment and shopping), the country, mountains, almost any body of water and walking in parks or the woods. My true love is interacting with people -- really connecting. I'm crazy about Life! "Lookin for adventure, in whatever comes my way!" - Born to be mild?

Too many to number -- the last one I saw at the movies was Tyler Perry's "Why Did I Get Married?" and the last one I saw on DVD was "The Apostle" and "Big Fish" - I liked them all!

Sports Teams I like

I don't play any sports, but I like to exercise. I like watching sports sometimes, especially baseball if I'm outside on a nice day at the stadium!

Bruce Springsteen, by the way, is making tons of money. We, regrettably, are not! Yeah, I'm proud to be a Jersey girl. It's helpful when you need some ATT-I-TUDE! I know Stephanie from when I was on my interim year. She and Buck lived in St. Cloud, MN, where I was pretending I had my act together. Somehow, the climate, Buck and Stephanie and Minnesota helped me eat humble pie. Anyway, let's keep in touch. It's great to hear from you and see your adorable kids (look just like you)

Sorry it took so long getting back to you. I somehow lost this site from my favorities and am just now going on after I heard from my friend, Linda, who was my friend from grade school, who introduced me to the word of God. Anyway, I am just now seeing this first comment so I am getting back to you with some really long sentences. I am by Orlando (home of DisneyWorld and Universal). It's probably about 1 1/2 hours from Venice.

Babe, you're terrific! I have a friend who lives in Cartersville, GA. I WOULD LOVE for you to connect with one another. He is a former Assemblies of God pastor, but always a pastor, and a fabulously faithful follower of our Lord Jesus Christ. His name is Ron Hill. Lemme know if Cartersville is nearby enough for a "shout out". AND thank you for the history -- it's EXACTLY what I was going to ask you -- without asking you. WOW U DA BEST, girl! No wonder so many people LOVE you!!!!!

Oh yeah, it's in Georgia, it used to be a sacred worship spot for the Cherokee tribe. Then some neerdowells called the KKK took it over, they were kicked off the mountain by the State of Georgia and they started doing their rotten stuff in Pine Lake. If you look at the video of Pine Lake, you will see there is three ways in, two ways out, and once you get to the lake, you are trapped if the road is blocked. Georiga history is fascinating. It was one of the 13 original colonies, so it goes back a very long way.

Hi Rita. Blessings to you. Dave McClellan here. I'm still with Vicki and we are living very happily in Boise,Id. Still doing music together as well, hopefully better. Kids are 18 and 20, happy and healthy praise God. and they even love God. Whew, made it through that okay.

You really still do look beautiful and your precious children as well.

We don't have any ice right now, but, the HIGH yesterday was 18. This morning it was 7. A week ago today we received 10 inches of snow. Last December had the most snow fall of any December on Record. I don't know what happened to globle warming, but I am very ready for this winter to be over. Then I look at comments made by Paul Mamora in Alaska, and I become thankful. I do enjoy this time with my girls very much. They have never got to the stage of saying: "Gee Dad, your really messed up!" They are still under the impression that I can fix all of their problems. These are the good years. It would just be nice if they would get along beter with each other. Debra is a Corps sister of mine. I don't remember if it was she or Janelle, but one of them sent me the e-mail telling me about this page. Debra has some great pix on her page as well. As it turns out, we were on the same lead session our first year in the Corps. I remember when some of those pix were taken. Have a great day, and remember, winter is almost over!
