Yes, we went to Italy. This has been a desire of my heart and goal for a very long time. So, it was so exciting to have it come to pass. It was a very special blessing for our kids to be a part and to make this family memory together. It was a celebration of our 25th anniversary & Danny's 60th bday!
Most of the trip was a european cruise on Carnival, we were very blessed to have an oceanview balcony room. The mediterranian is so beautifully blue, even in the deepest part of the ocean. We visited Rome, Livorno, Pisa, Naples, Sicily, Venice, Croatia, Cannes France, & Barcelona Spain. The goal was to get as much in as possible. We also took an extra 3 days in Rome to see the sites and we really could of used one more day. But, we are extreemly thankful for all we did get to do.
Our kids are 18 and in three weeks 15. We waited 7 years to have kids.
Danny works for Gibson Guitars and mostly travels, Washington, Oregon, California and Alaska. His company is global and so at times there are events and opportunities to travel to other countries. He enjoyed going to Japan, Mexico and Germany last year.
It is nice to have a way to stay in touch with you!

So good to hear from you. Danny and I waited about 7 years before having children, so thier current ages are Jordan 18 and Jesse is 3 weeks away from turning 15.
Yes, we did go to Italy, finaly!!!!! It has taken along time for it to come to pass, but it was so worth the wait and we so appreciated every minute of it.
We did a european cruise for 11 days and then took about 3 extra days in Italy. The whole experience was so totally awesome we were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and Danny's 60th Bday. We visited Rome, Naples, Livorno, Pisa, Venice, Sicily, Dubrovnik Croatia, Barcelona Spain, & Cannes France.
We had an Ocean view room with a balcony and we could stare mesmerized at how blue the mediterranian ocean waters are, even when you are way out in deep waters. It is so beautiful, the experience was really special and we were blessed to build this memory with our family. I will put more pix up, but it seemed to take forever just to get these on. We literally took 2000 pix.
Danny works for Gibson Guitars he is a rep. Most of his travels are local states, Oregon, WA, CA, Alaska. But, his company is global in their business and so at times opportunities come up
