  • Hey GooGoos...I mean Guigou's...sorry

How are you Kevin and Sara...this is joe and carol from the spaceship Colorado...just west of Vandalia...and a little higher up...but basically next door neighbors
  • Hey Kevin and Sara, I was so excited to see your site here and just had to say hello. Of course I think I aged about 20 years when I saw the picture of the boys but then again, maybe I have aged 20 years. :^) All is good here in Jersey, which is probably the last place I thought I would ever end up settling down in. I have remarried and I am now the step dad of two great little munkins (Nadine 12 and Sabrina 9 - going on 29). So most of my free time is now taken up being a soccer dad. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and give you a brief update. Looking forward to catching up more.
  • Dearest Kevin and Sara et al.,
It is so refeshing to see the faces of loved ones like you on this sight! Maybe the period of "separating chief friends" is over. I know it has been wonderful to reconnect with my Corps brothers and sisters. How were your Mom's final months? Were you able to see her or spend much time with her?
    Much love,
    Carleen
  • Lovely to see you here! My love to all, especially Dottie. Fond memories of our time in Germany.Take care.
  • Kevin and Sara-

Thanks so much for praying for my job. The deliverance came within a few days. The attorney that owed me a significant amount of money paid me. AND I received a call from a paralegal I had worked with in the past who had moved to a different office and I am now working with her and her attorney. God is so good.

Our Day in The Word - Jesus Christ Our Promised Seed was fantastic. We are seeing the things we discussed when you were in Orlando in November come to pass. We are looking forward to seeing you and Wayne in January. You are in our prayers.

    Love,

    Sharon
  • Oh, don't even start on the Cowboys. I think Romo needs to keep his girlfriends out of the stadiums. We are excited to see the Banos' here this weekend. love to all of you.
    Merry Christmas!

    Love
    Lori (and family)
  • Sara,

Wow, they are all so grown up now. I remember when they were just babies. Boy does time fly and I'll bet you are a proud mommy. They are all doing so well and making much of their lives.

Sounds like you are really heavily involved with CFF. I went to a few fellowships with them but the closest group is 2 hours away. I went to their fellowship because John Nessle had sent me an email informing me that he was going to be doing a class there. I went to some of it but couldn't attend the entire class. There's not a whole lot close to Topeka though.

I know you and Kevin offer so much to those involved. Glad to hear you are still finding ways to serve God and teach his people.

    Holly
  • Sara,

It melts my heart to see you in here. Your mom was the first person to alert me that I might have a medical problem. I often think of you and your family and never stopped appreciating your hearts. Glad you made it in here.
  • What a beautiful family. These children have come a long way since 1983! I'm not sure if you remember Natalie, but I have a picture of her on my page and her children. It's so wonderful to see what wonderful beautiful believing human beings our children have become. Allison is doing wonderfully, also. She is home from London and living in San Angelo TX while her husband finishes college. God Bless You all.. and Happy Holidays.
  • Sara--Hi! It's Stanley writing from Bo's computer so he gets the credit! Guess where we are and where we're headed in the big bus? On the way through the panhandle toward your big sister's--hoping to make it in time to get together with them for supper tomorrow night. I'm so glad to see you and Kevin on the site. You're still pretty as ever. Those twins are HUGE and your girls look adorable. We've turned over a new leaf, sold our house in Tampa and are traveling the country in search of revival in America and reconnecting, thanks to this site, with lots of old ex-way buddies. We're in MI every summer--it would be so much fun to get to see you if you ever want a getaway to the Big Lake..Many fond memories come flooding back, not the least of which is you being able to squrim your way back into your blue jeans just days after the twins were born--I was so jealous! Do keep in touch., It's been way too long. In fact, when we had our first RV we tried to find you one time when we stayed overnight in Midland but coulnd' find a number with information.

    Lots of love,

    Stanley
