  • Jim,

Happy Birthday, Brother. I still picture you, fondly, as you ran my first class in San Jose over 41 years ago! Did you know you share your day with the beginning of the Way ministry? It started 69 years ago, today. Have a glorious celebration. God bless.

    Jerry

  • Jim, Happy Birthday from Franklin and LInda Smith
  • Yup, that was me. See, your memory's better than you thought it was!

How are things in Grass Pants, I mean, Grants Pass?? Any hot Bible there? What's God been teaching you lately? Are you writing any music? Still got red hair? Or has it gone grey like the rest of us? Got Kids?

I am remarried and coming up on our 23rd annaversary. We have one daughter, age 22, and a 2 1/2 yr old grandson. We live in Albuquerque, NM, but travel around the SW every weekend running exam prep classes for the Contractors School. I use my time on these weekends to catch up on these website contacts, and my e-mail.

What a blessing to reach out and touch someone from the past...I look forward to hearing from you!
  • Jim, you look so happy! God has blessed you with another! I think of you when I think of ozone! Ha! That sounds pretty funny! I see you are still in Oregon. Life must be good...my is, too! We go way back to Novato days, right? I love you, Glenda Sue
  • We called her and know about the situation. We'll see him soon! Our email is: saltyoats@hotmail.com

  • Hi, Jim, yes, Paul Kosares teaches a BIble Study. He and his wife were in the 12th Corps for a little over a year then left when he realized he should have gone to the Way College, but he kept studying and working the Word and has now a formidable grasp of it. He follows the research principles Dr. Wierwille taught us. We are autonomous, but the group is very strong in what we were taught in PFAL and in studying the Word and searching the scriptures daily. The fellowship is held in Newark, OH, about 45 min drive from my house on Sunday mornings, but worth every trip, like a mini vacation for me. I will eventually move there, I think. It isn't far from my home town of Granville, OH, and I love the area, but right now, since I have a job in Columbus, OH, I will stay here (hopefully not for long - they are expanding the highway from Newark to Columbus to four lane and will make commutes very quick!!). So give me a call if you are in the area. If you want a regular Way fellowship, I am not really in touch with any, but if you know of any, will be glad to visit them.
  • hey you,
glad to see you "repaired" your age as shown originally, I thought to myself,
what we got here, some kind of counterfeit.....lol

    love ya man,
    suzie
  • Jim - I have the same problem. I am a member of both sites. It's a little confusing why some of my Way Corps messages are on the 6th Corps site. This email message center sucks basically. I did not write it, NING did, so I can not do much about it. Please read a post about this issue in the Forums on the main page. There you will see that NING is working to "greatly improve" the message center. I wish they would hurry up. But what can we expect for FREE? As for myself I just use Outlook.
  • hey Jimmy, what up bro? haven't seen you or lovely Rita since 85 or 6, there is nothing on your profile, are you a wanted man? send me some info bro! We had some good times in the Corps bro, I have good memories of you. stay well and give my best to Rita..........paul
