About Me
My husband Ray fell asleep in 2007. He was in the 5th Corps. I am remarried now and have a new last name.
Everything is new in my life as I have recently moved from California and started over with my new husband. My daughter lives in the Bay Area in California, still in college.
I have enjoyed and been blessed by a very good life with many loved ones, wonderful believers and an abundance of happy and unforgettable times.
Today I downloaded a lot of pictures - many of Ray. I am very blessed being able to share some of him with you. Ray and I were married for 28 plus years. He was a very good husband, an oustanding father, and a loving pastor to the family of God. He was successful in business; he was a floor coverings contractor, self employed for all of his life. We lived in California 26 of our 28 years. We moved to Benicia in 1991 which was the only move we ever made that was not assigned to us. We lived around the corner from other believers (and Corps), fellowshipped regularly with Bay Area people, and were active in our community through school and local events. Ray continued to bless people with his songs (he had a wonderful, unforgettable voice) and playing guitar. In the last 7 years he became a much better guitar player, learning jazz and playing weekly in a jazz group.
Our daughter Julia is very musical. She is in college working on her Music Education degree. She has been in the Rose Parade twice, once as a sophomore in high school and then as an alumni 4 years later when Benicia High School was in it again. Julia plays the french horn and other instruments as well.
I am remarried now, since March to Robert Wasicki. He actually spoke the word to me in 1974 in San Francisco. We were friends then for 4 years before he left the west coast and I married. We reconnected through events and miracles we believe after not seeing or being in touch for more than 20 years. I have just recently moved to the east coast so that we can be together.
My Interests
Gardening, cooking, making friends, knitting, hanging out with family and friends.

Beth and I will be lifting you and your new life to be blessed abundantly.
Much love in Christ,
CH and Beth
You and Ray were such a blessing to me whenever I'd run into you in California!
I'm thankful that the Father is taking such good care of you...
I'm sure your "new life" will be filled with even more of His blessings because, after all , that's what He has promised...
Thanks, sweet heart...
:) Bob
Thank you for your message. I hope you were able to look at the
pictures of our family. Remember when we went to Bev and Bill's and had dinner together. That was special. Love, God Bless, Jeannie
God bless and love you richly.
Yes, he was one of kind wasn't he! I trust people will be able to say that about us some day, although I've never been the "quiet" type.
We spend 1981-1982 in Fairbanks coordinating the area and so loved the place that we always had an inner desire to return. That proved not to be the case for a number of years as we ministered in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island from 1983-1995.
Between the years of 1994-1995 I was invited to Alaska to teach, this I did on several occassions deciding in 1995 to relocate rather than travel back and forth. I gave my responsibilites to Rev. John McCave and the rest as they say is "His-story."
We live in Palmer which is a small town with a "fifties feeling" to it. Our sister town is Wasilla which is also where our Teaching Center is located. By now I'm sure you've heard about Wasilla.
Winter is like any other season in that the most important thing is to go out and get into it. Winter can keep folks indoors as can a hot summer. The key is to keep on keepin' on. There is much to do in winter and many folks up here love it for its recreational potential.
Living in NY for so many years (born and bred) I know about the four seasons and that CT is much the same. Spring and summer are usually beautiful as you shall find out and the winters are not always harsh. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. But hey, God is still God and He is good to us ALL THE TIME. Ain't we blessed!
In His love,
