Thank you for the update on Kit. I have been on vacation/honeymoon and just returned on Tuesday. I will pray for their family and for the comfort, peace and hope that they can claim and rely on during this time.

Today I took my girls and my sister to tea. It was really fun and yummy.
I started teaching full time five years ago. I subbed for a couple of years before that. I really love it. I like second graders - they are still so sweet and yet learning to be independent. I have had a great summer being off, and am trying to gear up mentally to start up again.
I really loved The Last Lecture. It has such great insight into life, and priorities, and attitude. It is a really quick and good read. Summer is really the only time I can have a lot of fun reading as much as I can.
