  Donna,

  Last night “I just happened to come across” Joe Murrati’s Way Corps page where he has downloaded some wonderful music that I enjoyed listening to.  I returned today and left him a comment. As I scanned some of the comments on his page, I noticed his reference to your comments about cancer and your posting of the article “There are Answers to Cancer!”      

  I have no idea how I overlooked your posting this article and the subsequent firestorm of controversy generated by some of those who commented on the subject of cancer and various forms of treatment when you published it back in 2011.  Most amazingly the article as well as the video by Dr. Coldwell as well as the comments by Pamela Larocque regarding the importance of Holy Communion all contained affirmations and confirmations of the strategy that I had put into place when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer back in 2000.

  At the time of the initial diagnosis, I obtained a second opinion from another urologist, as I also found a physician at the James Cancer Center in Columbus where I went for treatment.  My doctor discussed with me the options and gave me the pros and cons of the recommended treatment modalities.  Since none of the options really suited me completely, I inquired of the Lord regarding whether to have the robotic surgery for my prostate removal or to choose one of the other options or to employ a non-traditional treatment possibility 

  Quite providentially during that time, I participated in a forty-day period of prayer and fasting, which I give an account of in Watch, Fight & Pray: My Personal Three-fold Strategy to Combat Prostate Cancer. During that time I also used a book by Dr. Dale Sides (6^th Way Corps), Forty Days of Communion in Your Home. I certainly now recognize the significance of Pamela’s comments about communion and the healing of our physical bodies.

  I decided to adopt a position of aggressive“watchful waiting,” whereby I would monitor my health and not employ any of the more invasive procedures, such as surgery or radiation to treat the disease.  In the process of developing my personalized strategy which has been quite eclectic, I have been employing some of the techniques that Dr. Coldwell shared regarding using “greens,” such as chlorella, spirulina, and other products rich in chlorophyll and other nutrients.

   

   In addition, I have been endeavoring to monitor my pH blood levels to maintain  an alkaline state as opposed to more acidic levels which are prevalent in cancer patients. Dr. Coldwell also mentioned this as a part of the recommendations for combating cancer.  Recently I have also been drinking kombucha tea, a fermented beverage which is also said to be beneficial to cancer patients. All in all, my strategy has been working wonderfully for me over the past 13 years.

   

  Whereas I was formerly having a check-up every four months, I am now going every six months. I have been blessed to discover that I am in excellent physical condition. One of the doctors who examined me earlier in my journey remarked that I was the healthiest thin person he had ever examined. For that I am grateful to God. I maintain a healthy diet which I have modified in light of my diagnosis, and I have established an exercise regimen, and I have gained 10 pounds.  My work as a teacher and writer also keeps me mentally in excellent shape.

  Thanks so much for sharing that information which has been a remarkable source of affirmation and confirmation. Now I see why I didn’t “see” the information until now when I needed to “see” it and understand it and appreciate it.  This situation is just a reminder to follow the Word’s exhortation to “Prove all things; hold fast to that which is good.”

    Dear Pam and Lonnell, Thank you so much for your comments! Absolutely, I would encourage everyone to go to God first and ask Him what they should do! He is a very personal father! I know that He wants long life for us,as well as great health and prosperity! 3rdJohn2! God tells us to do communion in remembrance of what Jesus Christ already accomplished for us! When I read what happened to the children of Israel and how after that there was not one feeble knee and they all crossed the red sea, what won't God do for us that are his sons and ambassadors?! My prayer for each of my brothers and sisters is that they be in health and prosper! We fight not against flesh and blood!!! It sure looks like it at times! The truth is that it is still spiritual and that is what we wrestle against!!! Jesus Christ already captured everything that tries to capture us!!! I just want to help make known anything that will help! God did already design our bodies to heal themselves! I am so thankful that you guys are sharing and I thank God for your health as well!

  You know what works better than anything "natural cure"  One thing I forgot to put in what and how I got cured of Stage III cancer of the colon was Holy Communion!  I knew before my surgery I needed to do it and so I went to a local nondenominational church who does communion and I know because I did that, no chemo or radiation it was caught at the time and I was healed! Now at that time I knew in my heart I just needed to have communion with believers that believed in it so that's why I went to that church.  Since then I have started to listen to a preacher who very much believes in the power of Holy Communion.  That is what reminded recently through some teachings that it is the biggest cure for the believer! Now I do it every day in my kitchen before the Lord and since I have been doing that 3 years out and still clean!  And when I wrote this in 2011 I forgot that how important that was for me to do but I knew I needed to do before my surgery.  I pray that this may inspire and refresh someone who is having trouble to be so lead to start it for their physical health.

  Remember Paul wasn't at last supper so for him to get this revelation would be amazing.....

  1 Cor 11:23-26

  23 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, "This is my body , which is for you; do this in remembrance of me." 25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me." 26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.

  1 Cor 11:27-31

  27 Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. 28 A man ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup. 29 For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself. 30 That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep.

  We are already judged worthy because of what Jesus Christ did for us at the cross!!!  So if you want long life and health do communion that is your biggest answer for the believer today!  

  I propose that what we were taught on in the book of Acts about breaking of bread was meals???  

  Acts 2:42-43

  42 They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles.

  Is communion together and that look at verse that follow that in Acts.  I know it works!!! Eating healthy and take vitamins helps but the earth was still cursed, the biggest answer for anyone who believes in Jesus Christ is Communion!!!  That is the last thing Jesus taught them also before going to the cross...food for thought! ;)

    Pamela, thank you for sharing!! How inspiring!! I have finally come to the conclusion that the work of Christ is, above all, the solution to our health and wholeness in every way. I have heard more and more testimonies about people taking communion daily and receiving great healing. And why not do it every day? In fact, why not do it every time we eat and drink <wink, isn't that what it says to do?> Our own works will ultimately fail, but Christ's work has succeeded and is final and complete!   Hello Sis, I know...long time no...

  You are so right about believers sleeping way too early. My wife passed from a heart attack, my Mom from cancer, so I know from experience. Just wanted to ask if you ever heard of a site: www.HallelujahAcres.com? I learned of them while viewing a Hebraic Roots/Messianic site..."A Rood Awakening.tv" with Michael Rood, a former Way Int. member who bugged out back when it hit the fan with Craig, Chris Geer, & so on. A guest speaker, the founder of H.Acres & his wife who was completely healed of 4th stage cancer...so I wanted to share this with you.

    Hey Joe! It's funny, I hardly ever visit this site any more as well! It's just kind of and accident that I did tonight, HA! "What a coincidence!!!"  Thanks for sharing! You will always have a special place in my heart! God knew what He was doing back when we went out WOW together and He still does today!!!
