    Clayton, Okay, it's resolved. Thank you. Rhonda came home to New Orleans for the holidays and we talked about the Way Corps site and some of those issues from the past, including the one with you and Karen.     Howdy. WOW! 10 degrees at 6:30 in the a.m where you are on Dec 23rd. God I love Texas! Great to see you in here. I remember observing you in residence a few times when you were serious. You looked like someone had taken your hamburger away from you. But when you laughed, it was contagious!

    Clayton, Our relationship ended very ubruptly many years ago when Rhonda and I left The Corps. Being one of the first to exit the Corps in CT I knew we would be taking a huge risk, but I knew in my heart it was the right thing to do. I also knew that as soon as we announced it we would be 'blackballed', and we most certainly were. Everyone we knew in the ministry cut us off and it was quite a stab to the heart, but yours cut a little deeper and it played a big role in my decision to get The Way out of my life totally. I knew I hurt you, and since it was unresolved it stayed with me for years. I hope you have a little more understanding now. It was quite a tumultuos time, to say the least; if you read my bio you can understand some of the other issues going on in my life at that time. I enjoyed the times we spent together and I wish our friendship would have ended on better terms. Thank you for good times. Tommy Delete Comment

    Northrup here - yes, about 20 years later! I'm south of you
    in Wichita, KS...I guess I was always destined to return to KS. Pray all is well with you and Karen. My wife Cathy (13 years) is from MN, so we drive through Iowa en route to visit.
    Still love your humor - the TV deal is vintage Clayton!

    Hi Clayton, Whenever I read about Peter in the Bible, I think of you: impetuous and outspoken. I mean that as a compliment. I always admired you for not being pushed around by Corps leadership--you did the program, but in Clayton style: first class all the way. I hope all is well with you and Karen. You're a great guy and I've missed you.
