My oh my... a few years.. a few miles... a few changes. You've traded the city life for the country, and I traded the country for the city. Hmmm. I like country better, but it's good for me to get back to driving like a nut and flipping people off. I was getting way to soft on Rt. 29. It's great to see your face and to hear you are happy. Please drop a note sometime....
    love,
    Cheryl

  • Billy,
I have a dusty, half-eaten cassette of our Way Productions "New Beginning" performance at the Rock. If you had it, you would know what I mean when I say "hokie ending." If you like, I can attempt to copy it and send it to you (yeah...pickin' peppers in Texas was definitely not a favorable option...LOL!).

Here is the link to my CD, Vini and the Demons. My main website is down right now but if you Google the band, you will have some very interesting reading to do, I guarantee.

    http://cdbaby.com/cd/vinidemons

They will let you sample the songs there as a tease.

I have a photo of us on stage together that I'd like to send to you. What's the best way to do this? Just post it here on my site or what?

    Love you, man...

  • When someone goes on your page you MUST have "Fooled Around" auto play. Just upload the song (MP3) to your music player. Go to the settings and you will find an Auto Play feature. It plays when someone visits ur page.
  • "I was an angry man running through life..." That song was going along just fine at our show at the Rock until you sang that hokie ending. I've never forgiven you for that.
    LOL!!!
    What up Britt???

  • Hey Billy!
I love your writings. They are very thoughtful and thought provoking and random! Not much of a "blogger" myself but who knows. Maybe you'll inspire me.
Would love to come hang on the farm and dig in the dirt and smell the horses. There are times when the "high" of City life is exuberating but its the "country living" that makes my heart the happiest.
Still praying after all these years, Tricia
  • heh dear...saw you wrote Richie a note...actually we both read it because he is visiting me right now....how are you doing and did you get my last note to you asking about the woolley emerson update...love you
  • Wow, Billy, how great to read all about you!!!
My collection of memories with you were when JP and I lived in Miami and Debra Sleeper lived with you guys. You were a blast and you made it easier for us to survive the city of Miami. Remember when Dr. VPW came down in the MCI. We sure had some great times then. I still have some really great photos of that year. Janet Myracle was there too. Believe it or not, remember the WOW who was a model, Lauren was her name, she was in "pretty Bob's family, I ran in to her in a Walmart in Destin, FL. After 20 or more years we recognized each other. She's still short a few cans, but that was fun. I haven't seen her since.
Oh well, Billy it is great to hear about you. JP loved you so, You helped him so very much back in Miami.
    God Bless you
    Shari
  • Hey Broski!!!!
    Merry Christmas to you!
Did we have some great fun times or what?
    Love ya,
    Gary
  • You asked just the questions I wanted answered about your mom and dad. Please give your mom my love. Those 2-1/2 months in High Point are some of my fondest memories of my young adulthood. I learned so much. I think often of how "wealthy" I thought I was because we made $20 a day working at that construction site! I make more that in an hour now, but at that time (when the minimum wage was $1.60 as I recall), we thought we were in high cotton!
