I sadly post this in memory of Kathy Oriard Stutz who was an alumni of the 4th Corps. She passed away peacefully on June 22, 2018 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane with her two daughters at her side. Many of us remember her persistent smile and kindness.
Here is a link with some details of her amazing life and of the memorial service to be held on July 29th. details:
There will be a memorial service for Kathy on Sunday July 29th

my deepest condolences to Monica and Michelle, I've known you both from the day you were born, your mom and Dad were very good friends of mine..I heard about Kathy while I was in Italy....I just returned from there Monday, so I missed the memorial service...........................I love you both and hope to see both of you At Phil and Karen's fellowship one of these days.God bless you both and take good care of you.....................love, Paul...............Thanks be to God,for the return of His son Jesus Christ, when will will all be together again.........for all eternity!
Jim and Kathy were my Limb Coordinators in New Hampshire when I first got into the Word in Portsmouth, and then when I graduated into the Way Corps and moved to California. They will always have a special place in my heart. God's abundant blessings to her two daughters, and I look forward to seeing her at the return.
She cut off my ponytail, Summer School 1974, after Jim Pisani told me "long hair was passe."
I will never forget her beautiful smile and loving heart. I can't wait to see her when our Lord returns! I pray for comfort and peace to her loved ones until that day.
She was my bud.
The hope of Christ's return is always a comfort and an encouragement, but especially at times like this. Fortunately we do not sorrow as those who have no hope. Oh what a day that will be, to see her beautiful smile again! Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus.
a wonderful woman who had a wonderful husband. I will never forget them.
Kathy, and her late husband Jim, were always reminders to me of the goodness and love of our heavenly Father. I long to see them again, and pray for the God of all comfort to magnify Himself to her daughters, family, and loved ones. There is a sting and a sorrow, but there will be a trumpet and a shout, and we will be together forever with the Lord.
