Many of us already are well aware of the truth of the above title, BUT many around us are not. It was one of the first lies introduced by Satan, and continues to blind so many. I suggest you take the time to read this article on this truth, that we are ALL dead UNTIL the Resurrection:

Another truth we must be aware of is, that the timing for this Resurrection is essential to understand. Many of the religious systems of this world continue to teach that the followers of Jesus Christ will not be impacted by the end time events, and will not experience any tribulation. May be "nice" to "think" that that is the truth, BUT it is not what the scriptures declare. Firstly, why would we be exempt from tribulation, when tribulation, and persecution, is clearly depicted in scripture (and history) for virtually all who have stood for the truth of the gospel? All we have to do is read Revelation 11 to see the timing of Christ's coming to establish His earthly coming kingdom.
Revelation 11:15 is A KEY VERSE.
15 Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ; and He will reign forever and ever.”
Please read the events leading up to the 7th trumpet,(the previous 6 trumpets have already happened). The scriptures clearly depict the first 3 1/2 years of the tribulation being a time before Christs return and the resurrection and gathering together. The second 3 1/2 years (Great Tribulation) happens after a 1,000 year period (this depicting the time span when Satan is bound up). Many refer to the "Millennium reign of Jesus Christ", yet the scriptures do not, they make it clear it is not limited to 1,000 years (His reign continues into "the ages of the ages"). So those teaching we get sucked up into heaven for a 7 year period, thereby missing any tribulation are teaching "another gospel". Galatians 1:9.
This is a Chart which shows some of the events, and the scriptural backing for the timing of these events.

Well, I bought my computer in December. Windows 8 is cumbersome. I also use Firefox. I'll try again later.
Thanks.
Hi Ric,
Odd. (I use Firefox) I clicked the link then clicked on a teaching and a dialog box opened and asked me if I wanted to play the file or download it. Using Windows. I have Firefox extension FlashGot installed. I also tried IE and it gave me no problems.
Steve,
I clicked on 'teachings' and tried to download the teaching to listen to it, All it did was loop me back to the previous page. Is there a secret I should know?
I would recommend that everyone listen to Doug Seed's teachings on The Hope which can be found here.
Need to remember that the 1st Century Church lost things in this order: The Great Mystery of the One Body, the believer's perfect standing in Christ, the Hope of Christ's return. So, if we are messed up on the hope that means we are at the end of the road, about to make a left turn into the ditch of theological destruction.

Two "ages" I see depicted in the scriptures are this present evil age:
Galatians 1:4
who gave Himself for our sins so that He might rescue us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,
And the earthly kingdom age to come which lasts into the ages: Ephesians 1:21
far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.
Anything else is the theology of men. Iain
But this I admit to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect I do serve the God of our fathers, believing everything that is in accordance with the Law and that is written in the Prophets; having a hope in God, which these men cherish themselves, that there shall certainly be a resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked.
Now the question I would be asking is if there is only ONE Resurrection in view at this time, then surely the unrighteous must also be among Gods people, 1Cor 15 makes it clear as to one resurrection, and Daniel 12:2 says there are TWO outcomes for Gods people. Not to mention, this bs totally negates the administrations.
Ian,
Romans 5:9 covers this very plainly. You're Corps. You should know that the difficult verse must be understood in light of the clear verse. Otherwise, what's the point? It makes God a liar to remove Romans 5:9 from the context of what you claim. I Thessalonians 4:17 would also become a lie if your thinking that we are sucked up into heaven for a 7 year period. "So shall we ever be with the Lord" is either a lie or the truth. You can't have it both ways. Just because you have a burr in your saddle and unbelief does not make it true. The Old Testament is held in suspension until the return of Jesus Christ as described in I Thessalonians 4. So, for the link you provided to quote scripture from the OT to substantiate error is error in itself.
Since this site is not supposed to get into doctrinal differences, I appologize for being compelled to address this blog which is a testament and witness of how the Adversary talked so many great believers out of the truth. I am sure this blog will be deleted very soon. I am not here to argue. Everyone gets one shot with me. You just had yours. What you do with it is up to you.
