    Charlie, there's always a jar of Vegemite in my cupboard.  It's deliciously salty and tasty - adds zest to my toasted bread and a sparkle to my soul... and it's good for you too!  :-)  Come on, you've got to give it another go...

    Vegemite has been a favourite spread for toast and sandwiches in Australia for many years. Here's a black-and-white advert which should be able to convince all skeptics that Vegemite truly is a delicious treat that "puts a rose in every cheek"!


    ... and it makes us happy too, 'cos we get lots of Vitamin B too. YEAH! smiley-happy093.gif

    The first time my kids tried this here, I warned them to use a little but they thought it was jam and hated it.
