Know this is late. Last saw him at a New Knoxville/St Mary's 10:30 (but not the way) in 93. He was the Br coor in Miami Fl an ran pfal class for my brother and his first wife Anna in 75. Love and missed. Will see him and others on that great day soon!
Yep. Our first year (1976) he asked me to change the water pump on his HUGE Dodge van, and as "payment" he gave me a coffee mug. I still have it and use it almost every day at work.
That is the back area of the BRC where we went to eat lunch every day that year. I believe I shoveled snow in that same path. We seem to have had lots of it. He was cool. It was fun being in the Corps with him.
