  • Our winter is usually very short here in Missouri, if non existent altogether. However right now we have some snow on the ground and it is snowing again.
We swam with the dolphins at Discovery Cove in Florida this past summer. It was fun but very expensive. But most importantl, it was an experience the kids will never forget, (myself as well).
  • Hello Mary Jo! So great to hear from you! Love the pics of your kids, it looks like you guys do a lot of fun things together. Thanks for the words of wisdom regarding our 16 year old. Right now she is not all that concerned about getting her license, so we are not pressing the issue. Take care and God Bless!

  • Hey there!!! so great to see you after all these years. What a beautiful family and life you have, so blessed for you!!!
    God bless you,

  • Hey Mary Jo,
Great to see you! You guys look great! We are in New York. I just left a message with Mark about wiffle ball!
    God Bless You!

  • It is something that we both ended up homeschooling. I wonder how far away you are from us. I can't see how to send you a message here, but if you're near the south of Maine, perhaps we could meet up sometime in the summer or something.
  • Mary Jo
Great to hear from you. I sent you some photos of the beautiful Sarah Rivera - hope you like them!
    Bye!
  • Hi Mary Jo,

Good to see you here. I haven't been on this forum for a few months, but got an email about your post on the sixteenth Corps page. We have three children (14, 11 & 9) and are also homeschooling in MA. I've been wondering how you were doing, and it's great to hear that you're blessed.

  • Hi Mary,

Carl Odonnell I know, he was in my corps. Met up with him last year in Presque Isle. He and Cindy had lunch with us. Beautiful saints. The Chuck I was mentioning has the same last name as you and he was in the ninth corps.
  • Mary, did you have a brother named Chuck?
  • Hi Mary Jo,
Yes, this is a positive site, isn't it! In the months since I joined up I've been able to catch up with people I haven't heard of for years. And I've been able to meet people I never knew existed - it's grand.
I have also been amazed at how many of us homeschool. There's a homeschool group on this site you can join if you like - it was only set up a week or so ago, so there aren't many members yet.
Let me know if you need any help with anything!
    Love, Sarah
