Validated and heard even if they don't agree let the person say what they need and want to say. When I got kicked out of The Way 3 times, I would get a call and told I was out and there was never a discussion a conversation....I never even got to ask the question what should I work on while I am gone? Once I finally decided I was never going back and the jerk that kept kicking me out even finally left I wrote a letter of everything I wanted to say and never could or was allowed to. WOW that felt great. I finally let it all out. Then I put it in the bottom of a box and never looked at it again. I was finally heard.

Great to hear from you. No, I am in picture # 53 with DJ. I don't think I know the people in #50. I loved the photos. Great idea. So funny. Guess we have all changed a bit. I look forward to our new bodies and time spent with everyone forever. You guys look terrific. I pray you are well.
