  • Yes but sun sand and sea, now you know why I was freezing when we met in Ireland. :-) Actually it was only temporary as we were up North, same time as we were diving, it's still winter in Melbourne, but it's getting warmer...

    Talk soon

    Cheers

    Karl

God bless you Sean from Willie Nelson's home town 16.png (I see you are a fan)

Its been so many years since those early 80's but I will always be grateful for that time and the wonderful fellowship with beautiful Irish believers.

    p.s. You look a little older 11.png
  • Hi Sean,

Great to hear from you. I'm not sure when I will be in Belfast as I spend a lot of weekends in my cottage in Louisbourgh in Mayo. But when I'm going., I'll give you a buzz and we'll hook up.

    God bless brother,

  • Sean,
Sorry I don't think I replied to your last comment. I see you are in Norn Iron. I may be going to Belfast soon to check out a church that Iain Mac Millian recommended to me. Although I really am not a church person anymore. Perhaps we could meet up.
Do you ever get to Dublin?I am in Swords a few hundred yards, sorry, meters (we're in the EU now!), from the Belfast road.

Slan fresin,( my third girl, Klara, is almost fluent in Irish)

  • Hi there Sean....I am a teacher and can always use good financial advice :-) It was good to see your name here - you always used to make me laugh, and that was a very precious thing in the environment we knew each other in! Judging from the comments, it sounds as though you have been through some difficult times just recently. I don't know anything about your situation, but I am praying for you. What a lovely place this is for us all to get together and re-discover each other!
  • Thanks Sean.
Yep! We are BPL Champs once again.
Now we need to beat Chelsea again in 2 weeks time in
the champions league cup. Its good to here from you Sean...God Bless
  • Hi Sean, maybe we know each other from years ago, I was there when Gartmore opened. Can't imagine what the E Corps must have been like though I know a few people who did enter the training.

Looks like you have managed to maintain a few contacts over here. I know Don MacMillan from years back. Great guy.

    Blessings, Hazel
  • Dear Sean
Thanks for your message! I'm sure this website will be a blessing to you. It's easy to forget how loved we are....and how special we are to our brothers and sisters in Christ.
    You're the best Sean!
    God bless
    Alison
