  • Hi Robin!
It's good to hear from you!
We live in the Charlotte area... but my dad lives in Western NC., in Hendersonville.
Yes, I worked in divine design with Rick! (I still have banner making burnout!)
    God Bless You!

  • Dear Robin, Enjoyed your holiday letter! and have posted your picture on our big bulletin board in the kitchen! It is fun looking up folks and getting back in touch. I just don't have time to sit here for hours and read what everyone is doing!! But I will have snatches of time should the Lord tarry!!! Love you! Barbara
  • Hi Robin,
Can't believe 25 years had passed!!!
I don't go to GA. I can't remember if I ever. ha ha

  • Hi Robin,
So very nice to hear from you, thanks for writing.
I really enjoyed the photos of your family.
Sounds like you guys are doing great.
Happy New Year to you and yours!!
    Shari
  • Oh I will! I love you too!
  • Bless you Robin,
Thanks for writing. I saw your name and wow! what a rush. Takes me way back. As a matter of fact we just moved back to Wisconsin after 30 years away and four kids. I also teach science but at the other end of the spectrum in high school. We learned about the site last weekend at a renewed mind class in Rockford, Il. We knew John Richeson in Tampa. What an awesome site for reconnecting. By the way you look great in the photos. Patti and I will have to work at updating our page.

  • Robin, We live on the coast - a little town called Oriental. It is about 30 miles outside New Bern and is called the sailing capital of NC because of it's location on the Pamlico Sound and the sailing conditions. We haven't actually learned to sail, yet (plan to do it one of these summers!), but do love the water and motor boating. What kind of co-op are you a member of? How was your rock climbing competition on Sunday? I can picture you doing it and would enjoy being there to watch. The only thing I do for exercise lately is running. Hard to believe when I disliked it so much in the Corps, but started about seven years ago to help fight the middle age creep (increase in weight!). Now I run three or four times a week, and usually 3 or 4 miles each time. This Saturday I am going to run in a 5k race in Rocky Mount. Last year was my greatest accomplishment in running - when I ran a half marathon on the outer banks. I don't think I will ever try doing a marathon, though at one time I said the same thing about half marathons! Peggy
  • Robin, So good to hear from you. It has been so long since I have been in touch with many of the Corps. I vaguely remember the messy room incident - never would have thought of it if you hadn't brought it up! Can't say that I've missed the backpack at all - so please keep it. Hope you've been able to get some use out of it. One of these days I'll figure out how to put pictures on this site and share more of my life.
    God bless! Peggy
