About Me
Since Graduating from Family 7 in 83, I was blessed to live in Albuqeruque, NM (12 yrs) till my move in 95 to the Harrisburg area of PA. God has blessed my life here with wonderful believers under the loving guidance of Jeff Duclos (7th Corps) It is a great area with many tender hearted believers who keep life (the WORD) simple. No judgment, no legalism (YEAH)
My son, Chris Rellinger (Mini Corps, F7) is now grown, married to wonderful wife, Dawn, and they have blessed me with 2 wonderful grandkids, Justin - 9, and Abigail (Abby) 7. They live in the Chicago, IL area.
I have an awesomely wonderful daughter, Elisse Bolin. She recently graduated college at California University of PA (Education) and is excited for it to "just be over"!! She has been dating a wonderful young man of GOD for 5 years and recently got engaged Dec 24, 2008!!
Life is grand as I continue to live "one day at a time", endeavoring to keep GOD first and living HIS love to others. Living "It is Written" truly is the only way, and the most fun way, to live. I stay thankful!
My Interests
In addition to God's Word...Music has always been a love and joy in my life. I love to sing and perform. (Hey, all you musicians out there, I'm available!!) I enjoy hand crafts, such as X-stitch, Scrapping, and Crocheting. I have gotten a green thumb (not contagious, don't worry) and like to garden. I also enjoy visiting the elderly and spending time with them as many of them dont have anyone. A great avenue to bless and minister GOD's Word .
Music I Like
Country and Classical and some rock as long as it doesn't lead to a headache (head banging!)
Books I Like
I like Christian inspirational romances of Lori Wick, Janet Oke, Debbie Macomber and others. I also enjoy history, i.e. the early frontier, and the Amish History.
Television I like
I don't watch much TV...not much time.and nothing much that is of any worth or value(in my opinion) . If I do watch, it is usually the Public Channel, about history or animals etc.
Movies I like
Same thing applies as with TV unless I decide to get a DVD of a funny, romance and watch but this isn;t very often.
Sports Teams I like
GIANTS for football...they are the only team. Once a GIANT fan, always a GIANT fan. It is win or loose but GIANTS are the best.
same applies w/Baseball...the NY Yankees

I thought that I sent you a response message the other day but maybe I just didn't send it. Your life sounds quite full with your grand kids. I hope that some day I have that privilege. Yes, I do
remember your son, Chris. And your daughter is about the same age as mine - Julia, she is 22 and still in college. Can't wait until she is done because it is expensive and she is in her 5th year....
I have started a new life here and it is a bit different because we are living in the country and I do not really know any one here. However, people are really friendly and nice. We have not been to fellowship anywhere but I am hoping to find the right people for me to fellowship with.
I am not sure where Harrisburg is but we drove from CA with my cat and dog on Hwy 80 through PA and it was really nice. So green and I loved the rolling hills.
I added a lot of pictures on my site so check them out. I included a lot of them of Ray. I miss him so. He left us in April of 2007
after being sick for quite some time.
We are still getting settled in Ct. Bobby is a wonderful man and has never been married before. He is the person that got me into the word in SF in 1974. It is quite a story how we reconnected.
I am looking for a job and some type of new direction for my career so please pray for that.
Stay in touch, ok?
I will join the group of Family 7.
God bless you, Jeannie
Thanks for the note. Sorry I can't remember either where we might have been in contact before except that I used to teach research oriented classes for the Corps. I was probably on your campus for a number of weeks while you were in residence. I was probably part of the process of setting up your research paper and choosing your advisor. Nice to hear from you. Ken B.
You're right, I wouldn't have recognized you. It's been a ridiculously long time.
You sound pretty happy. good for you.
I've been teaching for 18 years. Love it. Love living in Maine. Have seen Suzy a few times in past 2 years. She's one of the few who have kept up with me. She's amazing that way.
love to you.

Mike here - I just commented back but I may have deleted my comment. I will make sure that Lisa gets your message when I get home this evening. Speaking for her - thank you for your kind words.
