I meant to comment earlier and let you know how much I appreciated your remarks. It was great to hear from you and to know that you and going forth with the Lord and with the things of God. I know that you are a blessing to so many people.
Brenda and I are doing well. We just celebrated Christmas and Brenda's mother's 80th birthday last week. Our two daughters were here. Melissa, who recently moved to Atlanta, has her own business. Check out her website: http://www.velvetsuitemarketing.com and she is doing quite well. Our younger daughter Angela, teaches middle school language arts in Charlotte, NC. As you can imagine, I am blessed beyond words. As Skip Mesquite used to sing: "I'm a family man, living after God's plan." Not only am I overwhelming blessed right now, but I am also assured by these words from God, my Father:
I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
I am so very much looking forward to this coming year. The number 8 is representative of "new beginnings" and we'll have to wait to see all that God has in store in 2008: "Out of the gate in 2008 and into the gateway of the glory of the dawning of a new day of endless new beginnings."

God bless you. So good to hear from you. It has been a long time, but blessed memories of family II and the comrodary we had in the Lord! One thing is sure, I may be pushing 71, but I am still active today in the things of God. My life is blessed. I have been through much, but God is my strength and He causes me to rejoice in all things. I really enjoyed seeing your picture. In my mind I still remember everyone as they were. Be blessed this day and thanks for writing.
