About Me
After that Corps Week picture in 1984 I went to The Bronx, then Westchester and worked in Manhattan both years. From NYC, I went to Camp Gunnison in 1986 and had an amazing chapter of life being on staff and working with the Strzepeks, being on Pilot Council for Family Camps, etc. In 1990 I went back to HQ.
I was married in 1991 and moved to South Florida where both of the boys were born. Luke in 1993 and David in 1994.
We moved to Austin TX in 1996 (left TWI in 1998) and have been here since.
The boys are now taller than me. Luke is 16 and is quite the drummer. David is 15 and is an amazing artist, writes music and plays bass in a band that gets booked for real gigs... plays the big bass in the symphony orchestra too.
I've been happily single for a little over five years now and there has been an abundance of peace, a lot of challenges, and I have seen the goodness of God. I have seen His grace and His mercy and His love in ways I never could have imagined. It has been quite a journey and I could write a book.God is good always!!!
My Interests
I am interested in vacations. :) I like being home. I like going places. I love art, photography, music and exploring. I still like riding horses and someday I will ride regularly again. I love running right now... ran the NYC Marathon on November 1st and it was awesome. I am most interested in helping my kids make good choices because they are growing up so fast.
Employment or Career
I have mostly worked for software companies here in Austin for the past 12 years. In April of 2008 Dell bought the company I worked for, so now I work for a hardware company in the Software side and do Sales Operations. I have been blessed on the work front with jobs that have allowed me flexibility. Still really just love helping people, love managing projects and events, and the creative side of making things happen. God opens doors there for me to do more... so that is good. Recently helped with the re-release of Billy Falcon's Spark In The Dark... you can find it on eBay. It came out great...
Music I Like
Almost all of it. Kind of spoiled in Austin. -- also a big fan of Billy Falcon... Just helped with the re-release of his 1986 Spark in The Dark... Highly recommending.... The sound is amazing. Here is the link.

I was so glad to get to talk with you!
You look beautiful... especially on that horse!!!
I forgot that you love horses... so does my daughter. Actually it was always a childhood dream of mine to have a horse. Well we have one in our yard... we live in an old equestrian community that allows horses. He's an appaloosa and really sweet! Gosh if you are ever in NC you have to visit and ride all you want... we have a bunch of bridle trails in the neighborhood too!
I thank God for the year we got to live together!!!
Love,
Carolyn
So good to "see" you again. Thanks for the note. Yes, of course I remember Vision. It looks like you still get to ride some. I still have Cactus, if you remember him. Rode him this past weekend!
I understand all of the livestock is gone from CG. Not much of a Ranch any more!
It is nice to see your lovely smile and to read about your life. Your boys look like they are fun. Mike and I doing very well. I have a site on this ning thing-- you can check out our photos.
Being at Camp Gunnison was such a great time in my life. That was in 1986-87... hmmm... just about 22 years ago. Isn't that just outrageous to think about? It is a great thing to have eternal life, isn't it??? We are ageless... eternal beings who are living forever. Talk about a great gift!
I see that you have your email posted so I will email you when I get home (on vacation now).
Love and grace,
Kathy Brophy

Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ.
Yes, I am still here at 8805 Sparkling Creek Drive.
(You stopped by here once with your Dad.)
Wonderful to hear from you.
Yes, the studio is still in operation. (It's a 24 track digital
24 bit / 96k hard-drive system; just in case your boys
need to know.)
Thank you for "writing."
With all love in Christ Jesus,

I'm living at the far end of our great big state in El Paso. Not exactly a stone's throw away, but since you say you like to travel, I'll gladly be your host and tour guide if you ever head out this way.
Anyway, I didn't want to pass up the chance to let someone deserving know that they are a blessing! Thanks again!
Love,
Craig
Hope and I send our love to you and your wonderful family. I hope to see you again some day. O plan to go to Tipp this summer I think. I hope to see a few folks there. Never know who you are going to run into.
