  • Well- Kathleen got married 2 yrs ago. She and Sam live in Fairview Park. She works for party411. sam works at American Greetings , but is also teaching math at the community college. Christine is finishing her final year at Kent State. Her fiancee Aaron also is a senior. They are both going to be high school teachers -English for Christine and History for Aaron. They are getting married in June. Will is still at home and is a jr. at Bay High. He also leads the bass drum line in the marching band.

I just moved to Tampa. Dan is living with his Dad in Spokane right now. That is a long story. We are not together anymore. Kellie will be 24 in Nov. She attended Cornish College of the arts for 2 yrs, but wants to go to Oberlin Conservatory for composition and voice. She is still in Seattle.

  • Hi Kathy, God bless your beautiful heart! I will e-mail you privately and if you don't mind we can keep in touch that way. Nice photos! Bette was here for a week this summer. She is looking for a place to move and is thinking of maybe moving to Ohio, ha! It is okay if I give her your e-mail? Kev's dad had a stroke so will e-mail you more when things settle down. I would love to hear more about what you have been doing the last 20 years or so, ha! You are God's best! Lots of love, laurie
  • Dear Kathy and Rick, I am so glad you contacted me. Thanks..... I don't remember the song I sang at your wedding. Amazing Grace was a regular for me... or I don't know. Sorry, that was a zillion weddings ago, if you know what I mean.

I still am in touch with Jill... in fact I sang at a fund raiser for the Ballet company. It was a real success this spring. I love her dearly. Miss Bart, too.

I'm still single as my profile states, but looking. It's not easy at my age.... But, I'm happy and content alone and have good friends.

27 years? Congratulations... Your family is beautiful. I bet it's quite a bee hive of activity around your place. What are their ages?

I have done some realestate investing in the past several years. But, my passion is still music. I'm working on some CDs and other ideas for marketing them when they're finished.

Wichita is rather quaint... Not too big. But, you wouldn't believe the growth in housing. Amazing!

I remember the dance in your garage. It was fun.... I don't go dancing anymore since it's so smokey in bars. I miss dancing. Do you go dancing?

Thanks for the nice note and keep in touch. Lynn and I send funny stuff to each other on your humor lists.

    Much love, Michael
  • Hi, Kathleen! Thanks for the notes. It HAS been a long time! Love your pictures. What a great family you have. One of these days I'll figure out the picture thing and enter more. I was proud of myself to just get the one picture of Art and I up! We were huckleberry picking in the mountains. Yum!
Great to hear from you and God bless!

  • Hi, Kathy - I was in Cleveland in May visiting Nancy and family. Nancy started a 15th month nursing program at Cleveland State to get her BA in Nursing. She has been doing clinicals at Cleveland Clinic. We talked about you. She misses seeing you. Her son John is a sophmore at Bowling Green. I just moved to Tampa to live with Roger and Becky and their 2 teenagers. Kellie is still in Seattle, working and in between music schools. She spent 2 years at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle and really wants to go to Oberlin Conservatory for composition and voice. Dan moved to Idaho to live with his brother. I'm starting over here looking forward to what God has in store for me.

Please keep in touch. I'd love to hear how the kids are. Tell Rick hi for me.

    Pam

  • Hi to you too Kathleen! Well, we'd love to go on the cruise fer sher. not sure if we can pull it off though. This economic problem has hit us particularly hard in that we've an income based on America's consumerism. I may actually have to go back to sea, and that means deep sea off shore to faraway lands and not just Alaska's coastwise ferries, which at my age, I prefer. I have been a Merchant Marine since I was sixteen. I sailed out of the port of Baltimore over to the Med and northern Europe, and then two years after I started my career, I went to twig and didn't use my Merchant Mariners Document (MMD) again until after we were kicked out of The Way. Being a merchant seaman is different than the military in that all one has to do is keep one's MMD and qualifications up to date. Now, after 9/11 there are even more "hoops" to jump through. And so, The Cruise. We'll be there if we can be!

But, if we can pull it off, we'll be there! Sounds like a blast, ya know?
