I was in the 10th and Way Bldrs. at HQ with Erich. Erich lugged a footlocker with his computer stuff in it in our first year in res. 1979. We were roomies then and our interim year at HQ. Not many computers in 1979, but he had…"

  • Hey Clark and family,
How nice it is to see you. I know you must have the most loving family ever?
Sheila is doing fine, I Just spoke with her a few weeks ago.
  • Hi Julie & Clark....it's Anita (Intriago) Farwell writin' ya from Council Bluffs, IA, a place God send Frank, my husband (15th Corps) and me as part of His sense of humor. Funny thing though. We loved being here so we've been here 21 years. You have beautiful children! Congratulations! We have 3 fantastic children - Victoria, 17, (turns 18 on 9/14) & who just went off to ISU (Iowa State U), Austin, turns 16 on 9/11, and Franchesca, my 6th grade, 11-year old. Loved reading your profile. We had many laughs in twig in the Corps that you've been one of the guys I've wondered "where you were". Good to know now. My email, christinme@cox.net Would like to hear from ya! God bless you brother!
  • You were always good at that believing God stuff, buddy...
I have the blisters in my cowboy boots to prove it!..;)

Yup, the kids are going to fulfill the Father's desire...
    I'm looking forward to it.
    Joshua, after all...

As much love as I can muster...

    :) Bob
  • Hey, Kids!

  • Julie,

How nice to hear from you. It's been a long time since WOW in Seattle! How are you?
  • Hi Julie,
Brianna and I would love to visit. How far from Wilson, NC are you guys?

Brianna turned 11 years old (time is moving too fast for me-smile!) last month. She's into musical theater, student government at school, our church's praise dance team and a competitive step team. It's keepm me very busy. Still, I absolutely love being "Mommy" and am happy to be called "The human taxi!!!".

    See ya,
    Pamela Small
  • Hi Julie,
Great to see you and your wonderful family pics!! How are all of you doing? What's new.
    Blessings,
    Pamela Small
  • See what I mean, been gone from Atlanta for a little over a year and I forgot about the Riveria. How silly of me.

I hear through the grapevine that you guys are blessed.

Isn't this a trip? I am grateful to get to see your face again.

I miss the south. I miss the charm, the ease, proximity to Florida. Do you guys ever go to the Gulf shores? How close are you to Pascagoula?
  • I have been waiting, and waiting, and waiting, so here I is!

You have been in my prayers.

The Granieros mentioned you guys were in Alabama. You know the only good thing to come out of Alabama, don't cha? I-20.

  • I know what you mean about all of us being able to get together. This site is great. When we left the Way, I was sad to leave the people. some of the sweetest, funniest, best people I have ever known.

Joanna is going to Urbana University which is only 10 miles from where we live so she lives at home and commutes. She is an early to bed, early to rise kind of girl so she knows that dorm life wouldn't be her cup of tea. She is majoring in psychology. She wants to be a marriage counselor. She wants to help couples to form strong families. Good kid.
I am glad that she is close and that I can check in with her regularly, but sometimes I wonder if she isn't missing out on all the fun that being in a dorm can be, though college life is a far cry from Way Corps.

John-Mark wants to be a history teacher and UU has a great education department, so he will apply there too. It is a small community college with ties to Wright State in Dayton and OSU in Columbus. Very small campus but with excellent staff and generous scholarships.

How's Clark? I remember him from HQ.

    Got to go,
    Love,
    Jacqueline
