Hi, Jewel Thought I would comment on your wall since you are one person who I remember - ha,ha. If you ever see this say hi back even though I may not ever see it. Peace out, Donna
Do you know or see any believers up there? JoeAnn writes me often. She lives in Burien. Have a Blessed Tremendous Thursday. Merrilee
It's great to hear from you! I haven't made it half way through the member roster yet so I didn't know you were a member. Thanks for droppin' in. What a joy to reconnect with you after all these years! Yeppers, I well remember that lil' room we shared at HQ. I liked Rome City better. Home of the Family Corps and more conducive to family living, IMO. :)
Do you ever hear from Edna? I lost touch with her years ago. How's Kelly? I see you have 4 boys in all. These profiles are great. Help you catch up on 20 plus years of people's lives in about 5 minutes :)
Baton Rouge was fun. Different than anywhere I've ever lived. The Bayou and Cajuns, Justin Wilson humor, oyster po'boys, crawfish etoufee and things I never thought I'd eat but loved! It was a good place to go WOW.
Thanks for the memories. Keep in touch, will ya? Really good to hear from you.
Love you,
Kathy

Let me know what you think if you do visit there. I am going to a men's conference here in September, where the senior Pastor-Kevin Gerald is teaching. Would love to meet up if you come in this direction. I try and go to the conferences in Tacoma, and some of the Christian concerts in Pyallup as well. So will let you know if we ever come in that direction. Love Iain
I have not found a regular Church around here but I am not actively looking either so that is my fault. Life is too busy. Thanks for your hand of friendship. I appreciate it.

How are you?

Hi Jewel,
I work in Mukilteo, for Mariner High School.
I stumbled into this position, I never really considered Special ED, but suggested in my interview that I had some experience helping my Mom, and they were quick to place me in Special Ed, and even found me a permanent position there. Apparently it is difficult to find people willing to work with these amazing children.
Jewel I am learning so much, and spend so much of my day praying and ministering to them, I mostly just ask God to bless them, and heal them, I am not comfortable walking and in casting out a bunch of devil spirits like I may have been tempted to do at other times in my life.
Now I work at keeping myself well, strong and healthy and go in to bless. My teacher said she hired me because when I walked through the doors to her class as a sub, she noticed I had no fear when it came to working with the most sever children. I would hold wet little hands (I am a germaphob who gags often, but I just keep washing my hands, and carry around hand sanitized, and tissues) change huge 6 feet tall teenage boys, I’ve learn to feed through a tube, and to avoid being hit, and how to use a lift.
There are countless other things I am learning as well.
I no longer know exactly what my future holds, but I continue to attend school, working at a school, occasionally go to church, more often read my Bible, pray everyday, and continually thank God for all his wonderful blessings.
Jewel, I had worried about my boys at times, being a single mother, going to school, so many things I have wanted for them, I was very concerned for their lives and future, then I started working in Special Ed, and WOW, did I get a beautiful wake up call. My boys are healthy, and have a future, and are loved and cared for, all of a sudden I felt like the luckiest women on the planet, and my boys do have a bright and promising future.
Anyway, so nice to hear from you again, I would love to see you and Phil again some time.
I have two boys Noah 12 and Jack 5.
Here is my number, 206-235-2813 my cell, I get out to the general area most weekends to see my parents, they are still in White Center, moms in a nursing home, going down fast, and dad he’s still kicking.
I will always be thankful for you, and all the financial support you gave me in the Way Corps, thanks again.
God bless you,
Tell me about your job, what ages and levels of disability,
Love you,
