Thought you would enjoy just one of of my memories of you.
You and Mary Mc Donald were one of the firsts to take the advance class in Ohio from California... and when you got back...i so needed to know everything you knew, when was that? 1972? no idea now...36 years ago? holy cow...
anyways, i drive up to your house, on the hills of Sausalito (Mill Valley? i so forget...anyways), i walk into your house, and stop in complete amazement..your Dad is sitting on the sofa smiling at me..there is this complete silence between us, as i looked onto this view of the Bay that is framed perfectly by the window, and your Dad says.."yes, i designed it that way" he knew i was in complete awe...still to this day that is my inspiration for what i do, to take the wind from people...as your Dad did for me on that day...oh, btw, he said "you should see it at night" which i did a few more times...and he was so right...lol.
But i digress, so you and i drove up to Mt. Tam...remember? and you shared all the great things you had learned, we saw the fog coming in.....we knew better, but we still talked...till we had to leave... the Mt was encased with the infamous Tully fog , there was but one way down... you got out and walked on the line in the center of the road till we got the car down to where we could see again...
thought you would enjoy a story from the days, i so miss ya, and can not wait to talk to you soon.
