Good to hear from you. Wow, what a big career change for you. Yes, this past year I have learned a little bit about the need for Long term care insurance. The statistics say that this is the highest likelyhood of actually using your insurance, more than car, home etc. How did you even think of moving into Medicare? Did you have a friend in the business?
Primerica, is a business building opportunity. It is something you would want to couple with your regular job providing there is no conflict of interest. I am sure you could look up in your local phone book and find some local representatives, you could contact for more info. There are usually open meetings to come and attend to learn more and the reps are always looking to bring new folks on board and work together as a team. It is all commission based, if you do sign up please write my name as referring you, Donna Hoefer #MHEY8. The person who started the company has a book called, "Coach" by Art Williams. If you read this book, it will give you good feel for the foundation of the company. All of the folks I have met so far are good people with primerica.
For the most part we meet with people in there home and help them consolidate debt and help wherever there is a need, making sure they are properly insured to protect their assets, etc.
This is still a new venture for me in this past year.
