you asked I haven't done any specific biblical studies on this particular topic, and I am not aware of others' studies or publication either.
My rather simple take would be that the practical side from the viewpoint of each believer as a member of that body could be summed up in a simple statement: "Live and do according to what Christ taught and instructed his followers to do."
