    Hey you!! Joe Kriston and I talk often and each conversation has you in it. WE LOVE YOU!!! He's coming to Chicago to see his folks in January and we are gonna hook up one night. Hey! I misplaced my "Arerobic Points" book and the sheets to record the arerobic points. Joe informed me he trys to stay current with this whole arerobic "thing". I lied and told him I do too ( please don't tell him I lied to him). Could you please send me a copy. In addition, he also said he likes to "stretch out" to the "Athlethes of the Spirit" sound track, YEA!! I lied again, ( I told him I have it playing in my IPOD constantly) I can't find a copy of that either. OH, for the love of Jesus, HELP ME!!!
