About Me
In the years since many of my Corps brothers and sisters have seen me I have been developing a program named Claybo (kinda like Taebo but not really) that allows people that would like to gain weight to do so...not necessarily muscle, just good old fashioned weight. Working hard (not so hard as to break a sweat and lose any gain!) to perfect the program I have managed to personally gain enough weight to convince the naysayers that "yes, Claybo works!" So, for all those that are underacheivers in the weight gain department please be encouraged as Claybo may soon be available to you...I am playing around with the tag line; "I'm not just the president of Claybo but a client" or "You'll like the way you weigh, I guarentee it!" Not sure which I'll settle with.
Books I Like
I prefer ones with pictures
Television I like
The one in the family room
Movies I like
I prefer ones with subtitles (kinda makes up for the picture books)

Bisquits and Gravy - Janis style
brown 1 pound ground sausage, whatever you like I like Jimmy Dean Maple or sage flavor I toss in a few pieces of bacon to get enough grease.
When that is done, I drain it into a bowl, and transfer the (yummy) fat back into the skillet. If you are southern it has to be a cast iron skillet or you will go to hell.
Once fat is almost smokin hot, add a couple of tablespoons of flour, you don't want it too dry or too wet, once that has browned up a little, add milk. You want it to be thick right now, once you get it the consistency of restaurant gravy, that's good. Add a Karen size inner palm of tarragon, sage, salt and pepper to taste. Then put in a squirt of maple syrup, a dab of molasses and pour enough coffee in it to make it the consistency you like. Hot sauce and taste. If it's too sweet, little more hot sauce, too spicy more milk, but not too much.
I would be lousy at cookbooks.
Bisquits, I use Bisquick, if you make them exactly the way the recipe says, they come out just as good as scratch. With less work.
So there you go. Tommy Gremillion is testing it out too. I bet you guys can add some goodies that make it out of this world.

Did you tell Karen I said hey?
Something to add to your Claybo method....I am making the world's finest nachos for the guys.
Torilla chips, layer on spiced ground beef, layer on refried beans, then quesidilla cheese and back til cheese melts in a 350 oven. THEN layer on lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado, black olives, salsa and sour cream.........lip smackin good.. And on Super Bowl Sunday, they aren't fattening. Ain't life grand?

I went over to the darkside a longtime ago, I deliver bulk propane gas. I got my first job in Florida after we graduated and never looked back. No more jumping out of bed in the middle of the night to fight fires, now I jump out of bed to deliver gas to people who forgot to pay their bills. So much better.
Good to hear from you man, I was too sleep deprived to get to socialize in residence. I really missed out on a lot of fun stuff and great people.
Thanks for the note,
Mark and Jacqueline
Sending you love from Mark and me,
Jacqueline
You guys want my bisquits and gravy recipe, it's southern style, hmmmmmm Goood!
Send me your email address, if you would like to.
When I saw your name, my heart filled with joy and gladness. Thank you for loving me and making me laugh.
You are still funnier than John Lynn. But, the devils bathroom routine was a fine piece of work, yes?
How have you been? Good to hear you're doing well.
