An interesting point - I think the Christian church started splintering somewhere around the middle of the book of Acts. Not sure there is anything we can do about it - Paul went to Jerusalem to try to straighten out their legalism, and it…"
"Frank - Great to hear from you! Will certainly pass your kind regards on to Pam. Our kids are in high school and making college plans. You can see what we are doing at fellowship on cabsf.org.
Love you, Bruce"
"Wow - sounds like you are having a fun time! We are settled in Washington, DC with two teenagers. I married Pam Moore just after she graduated from the 13th Corps. My work is government relations for an association of engineers. And we always have…"
I remember you as one of the rising leaders in the Way Corps when I was in the College Division in '78-'79. I've wondered ever since where you were and what you were doing. I was blessed to check out your web site and hear some of your teaching from the youth advance. I was particularly blessed to hear you speak on the love of God and standing together on what we agree on. Do you think there is a way we, as a body of believers all around the world, could ever stand together? We know from God's Word that God wants no divisions among us (I Cor.1:10), but with all these established groups whose leaders were trained in the Way Ministry, how could we ever find that common ground? Since it is God's will as declared in His Word, there has to be a way. Any ideas?
God bless you from Grand Rapids, MI. Lena and I I both have very fond memories of you both/ {;ease, next ti,e you are on Grand Rapids, or michigan make sure you call us so we can see you. Pam, We especially enjoyed and remembered our time in twig together. That was when Lena and i first got to meet each other, fall in love and get engaged and you were there.
Ww send you our love and we hope to see you again before Christs return
Just a note to send my love to you and Pam. I think we're about an hour and 1/2 from you (depending upon traffic.) We're in northern Culpeper county. Oddly enough, I stumbled across the cabfs website abut a week ago ( while searching for something else) and listened to one of Tom Jenkinson's teachings. Or as much as I could. Many benefits to living in the country, but being on dial-up isn't one of them ;) Will have to run in to Panera Breadshop one day and hear the rest of it. Please give Tom and Arlene my love.
Micajah spent a bunch of time out here in CA, working in the music business as a recording engineer. He did some great work, and is very good at engineering. Remember the Guns'N'Roses song "Patience"? He's in the video, and when my kids were little we'd watch it every day on MTV. :)
Married to his wife Debbie for 30 years (!), 4 kids: Nate (who is a member of a pretty well known group the Black Angels), Alaina (lives in Austin and teaches Pilates), Andrew (graduated from college and is in the Americorps working in New Orleans), and Colin who is 18 and a roadie for the Black Angels.
Micajah has MS, and it's pretty severe. His love for God supercedes it all, though, and he remains the most incredible, faithful believer I have ever known in my life. I love him and I'm so thankful he's my brother. His email is ryanclan@pixius.net, and I know he'd love to hear from you.
So good to hear back from you!
No, I no longer do my Top 10 Countdown...could not even tell you the latest hits or groups since I no longer have interest in mainstream music which I believe is trash. BUT I am on the praise and worship team at my church and love it! Still love to perform and this is a fnatastic P&W team that is into ministering and bringing the anointing into the house of God so that the Word can be received by the people. Never have I ever (and I mean ever) sat under such a powerful teaching ministry as I am under now. Absolutely am in awe of His Word.
You are dear to my heart.... Phil. 1:3...Joseph
What I want people to know about you is that you are a skilled posthole digger. Too often, people just love us for our minds and fail to appreciate our physical traits. At least you know that you will never be out of job opportunities.
MR MAHONE!!! I mean. like, don't say hello or anything!
So good to see you here. I know all is well with you because I hear from your mom at least a couple of times a year. She is one of my all time best friends in the world and Word. I rejoice that you are wildly successful in all that you have done through all these years. God bless you and know I cherish the times in the "old days"in CT. Joseph Teo
I just wanted to drop you a note to send my love and to tell you that I have always enjoyed your sharing of God's Word. I pray for you and your family upon every remebrance and look forward to the next time I get to see you, (and your wife...I have yet to get to see her after the corps. Hopefully I won't have to wait until the gathering.).
