THANK YOU for coming to Germany in 1973 and speaking the Word to me! I lost touch with Christoph Stoop, Clifford Lott, and Larry Smith years ago. We had quite a time until the Army sent me home!
Sorry, I didn't get in the Word until August 75. I remember others thinking I was the other Ric Cox. But nope. I was in the 10th and 14th Corps.
Hope you find him.
Richard Barton AKA Ric Cox
God bless you. Someone in my fellowship was good friends with Lynn Furbish and was wondering if you have heard from her or know what she is up to. Of course it is fine if you would rather not say.
Personally, I would like to know how Chris your nephew is doing. He was so wonderful to us when he was in Tallahassee.
God Bless,
Patrick
I remember when your oldest son was born. I was WOW in Nashua NH.
Say hello to Charles Henry for me. (I considered Charles Henry for my son's name.)
Love you,
Donna (VanAmburg) Edwards
Thank you for sending a note! November, already! When I first logged into the Way Corps site, I don't think I was prepared for the onslaught of messages and well wishes, and have had to handle many responsibilities here. But I'm getting back to this list and was blessed to have gotten your note. Also, we did send a Christmas card, but apparently I did not have your most current address and it came back.
Gervais and I live in Olney, Maryland, close to D.C. Our daughter Pauline (25) lives with us and our son Robert (19) is at Ohio State. All these three are in school - Robert in Ohio, Pauline at Catholic U. in D.C. in graduate school in library science, and Gervais is taking cartography at a local college. She chose that to get back into work after all these years! So, around the Crouch house every one is bent over a book or a laptop!
Thank you for still having good remembrances of the weekend I came to Michigan - my only time to have ever been in the state! I remember the time fondly - although I must admit that I don't remember a thing I talked about the next morning! Once or twice a year I still am asked to teach His Star, and have expanded the topic since I was with you. The main feature is that I cover Psalm 19 and show the spiritual side of the sun as well as the stars. It has had quite an impact.
I look over your shoulder in the picture and could wish to live in a place with palm trees and summer never goes away! But our cherry tree in back is in full bloom and telling us that spring is here.
Look forward to hearing from you!
Blessings,
John
I love you guys,
Pixie
